Alhamdulillah I was forunate enough to complete Umrah recently with my family for the first time. I cannot praise Amanah travel highly enough. My agent Mr Ulfat Ali was supportive from start to finish, with polite, professional and efficient communication. He gave me an exceptional package with good flights, good hotels and excellent communication even after I arrived in Saudi. I would highly recommend you will not be let down.

Amazing experience with this travel agency. Farhan Khalid was extremely kind, supportive, and trustworthy. He helped me find the best travel option and made everything stress-free. I will definitely use their service again.

Al Amanah travel have been fantastic from beginning to end our ummrah journey was very smooth. Agent Farhan Khalid was very professional and timely with any enquires we had he was always on the other end of the phone. We will definitely be booking again through them in’shaa’allah

Booked our first umrah through Al amanah and had an excellent experience. Brother Ramzan was so helpful throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly, they provided a great umrah guide, had a slight issue with the ziyarah’s but that was down to the travel agents driver. Overall very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend to others.

Very happy with the service provided by brother Yaseen. From my own country to Saudi the service remained the same and he was readily available to help with anything we needed. We are grateful to have used this service as we received an excellent experience. From arrival to Saudi to the hotel transport, the hotel itself and everything in between. As a first time umrah traveller this was an exceptional experience which provided a lot of reassurance. Will definitely reuse again and I recommend to all.

**Absolutely disgraceful service and complete mismanagement.**
As a single mother, I trusted this agency with what was meant to be a sacred and deeply meaningful journey. Instead, I experienced stress, financial loss, and a shocking lack of professionalism from start to finish.

Over a four-month period, I was asked to provide passport details **at least five times**, clearly showing there was no proper record-keeping system. Despite this, the agency still failed to do basic checks. Shortly before travel, I discovered myself that one passport was within the 6-month limit and urgently needed renewal. This forced me to make an **unplanned, exhausting, and costly trip to Sweden**, leaving my daughter in arranged childcare—an ordeal that was completely avoidable.

After renewing the passport, I checked my booking online and found **no flight existed at all**. I genuinely believed I had been scammed. When I contacted the agency, I was ignored and put on hold for **two days**. Only after repeated calls was I casually told that the flight had been cancelled—without any accountability.

I clearly explained that other passengers had already booked flights from Sweden and that I had taken time off work, so keeping the same travel dates was essential. Despite this, I was dismissively told to move the entire trip to February.

The agency **explicitly promised Qatar Airways**, yet booked us on **Wizz Air and Pegasus**. When challenged, they only agreed to change one flight and then demanded **£600 extra** to fix their own mistake, later reducing it to £300 after prolonged arguments—money I should never have been asked to pay.

I paid around **£1,200 per person for a so-called 4-star package**, yet received budget airlines, over **10 hours of exhausting layovers**, and consistently poor service. My request for accommodation close to Makkah was completely ignored. No food or drink provided over plane journey of 5 hours .

**The situation became even worse upon arrival in Madina.**
We were promised a 4-star hotel and reassured it was “like 5-star.” The room was **filthy, dusty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned**. There were **no toilet rolls, no water**, and no response from room service. The room was booked for two people but had **four spring beds crammed inside**, making it overcrowded and unacceptable.

When I complained, instead of apologising, the agency tried to cover it up. I was told changes would be made, only to be informed by the hotel that I would have to **pay extra for cleaning or a room change**. They admitted the hotel was busy due to discounts—clearly explaining why we were placed there.

The agent involved was **Ramzan**, and I also spoke to the manager twice. Despite everything, they continued to ask for more money. This is **pure exploitation**, especially of pilgrims.

This journey was meant to be sacred. Instead, it was emotionally draining and deeply distressing. Exploiting people during such an important spiritual experience is shameful.
**I strongly warn others: do not trust this agency.**

I spoke to Farhan Khalid for Umrah enquiries and had a great experience. Farhan Khalid was very kind, helpful and very professional. He provided a very good quote for Umrah ticket and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommended.

Thank you Farhan Khalid for all your support and help with booking our Umar trip

Farhan Khalid was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire Umrah visa process/package enquiries. His communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping me informed at every stage and answering all my questions promptly and clearly. He truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, handling everything with professionalism and care. I am very grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with Umrah visas/packages. Thank you so much Farhan! May Allah reward you endlessly. Ameen.

We used Alamanah Travel in Dec 2025 for our umrah trip. Our agent brother Ulfat Ali dealt with our query from October and was very helpful the whole way through. No matter what time off the day if we had a query he would always respond. Brother Ulfat made this a very smooth trip for us, from the booking to the hotels of our choice to the transport, visas, plane tickets etc. All transports arrived on time, the hotels for both Mecca & Madinah were 5*. We had no issues at all with this company and was able to enjoy our trip stress free knowing everything was organised for us. I would highly recommend this company from their prices to customer service. I will definitely use this company again and have already told family and friends about them. A huge thank you to brother Ulfat for helping us with our first umrah trip from start to finish. Highly highly recommend and will be using you again inshaAllah!

Alhamdulillah, I got my umrah visa after 2 rejections and Farhan was very welcoming and optimistic about our chances to get the visas. He did what he said and was proactive in the approach.

The simplicity in their Umrah service guves me rest of mind.firstly,I met them online since last year during my first umrah. The experience was awesome and i shared my good experience with them during my review except for the hotel service at Medinna hotel last year wasnt too pleasant and Insha Allah they made a very good changes as regards this when i travelled this year.both Makkah and Medinna hotels was superb this year snd i had no complain whatsoever.Another amazing thing about the company is the consultant brother Farhan Khalid.his customer relation is top notch and i appreciate his swift response all the time.he is 5 steps ahead all the time and never ignore your feedback.I will travel with Alamanah inha Allah all the time whenever i engage in this spritual journey.Amin

Brother Farhan, was very professional and quick with building packages for a large group. Although we didn't book due to changes in our circumstances, he remained friendly and not pushy at all. Good communication
