Always a pleasure to deal with ordered my boots and delivered next day !!!

Great quality. I love the boots. Fast delivery and customer service is top notch!

I ordered a dress.from AJVOYAGE in between the Christmas and New Year,
The dress arrived in plenty of time before it was required.
Communication was excellent with updates regarding dispatch, when I could expect it to arrive.

The dress itself was absolutely perfect for my daughter who looking amazing in it,
It was a great fit and the fabric felt soft and sliky.
I would absolutely buy from here again

Great fast service I love the slippers they are great quality for the price I have ordered a second pair

Sizing is completely inaccurate
I'm a shoe size 8 and the cowboy boots were so unbelievably tight there is no way the sizing is right.
No issues for delivery but just a shame that the sizing is off. Returns is 2.99 also!

Absolute joke!!! I placed an order on Monday the 6th of January in the morning and payed for next day delivery. I’m still waiting for my order and it’s now Thursday the 9th and I still have not received my order.I emailed yesterday asking if you knew where my order was and I’ve been ignored!!!!! Not happy at all.

Ordered a pair of boots for £35, sent me the wrong ones. Gave me a FREE return label to send boots back ans recieve the correct ones. Had no contact from them just a notification to day I am receiving a refund. The refund is minus the postage the cost though!

Severely dissapointed in the capabilities to choose the correct product and to charge me for the return seeing the error was theirs.

Won't be ordering again

The staff are brilliant and make the whole on line experience very personal.
Excellent customer service and the products are just gorgeous.
I have a number of pairs of boots and sandals and am never disappointed with the superb quality, fit, price and unique style.

This is not the first time I buy shoes, very good boots as always and excellent design. I like them

Absolutely love my new slippers! They are really good quality and so comfortable. They look way more expensive than they were. My order arrived quickly and communication was regular. I would definitely order from AJ Voyage again and again!
