Wonderful customer service - honest, friendly and easy to communicate with!

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 situation, we had to cancel our trip. But the communication with Mike was always very fast and helpful! When we return to do our trip we will be very happy to book the camper van with Aiyre Pacific again!

I really enjoyed my AIYRE Pacific Camper Vans experience. Our Dodge Grand Caravan was in perfect condition. Driving was super comfortable. The bed was easy to put together and we slept very well throughout the trip. Literally anything you could think of was included - pots, pan, plates, silverware, Tupperware for leftovers and even a wine bottle opener! Pick-up and drop-off were a breeze!

I also cannot stress enough what great value this rental company provides! I looked at quite a number of other campervan rental companies and they wanted to charge you through the nose for everything - cooking equipment, bedding, miles. If it was extra, they wanted more money. Quotes were coming in at 50% HIGHER than AIYRE. For someone traveling to the US from overseas, it was quite unreasonable that we could bring all of our camping equipment. So glad that AIYRE has taken a different approach and kept this rental service affordable without compromising on quality.

Mike was super helpful as I had to leave the US early at VERY short notice and immediately return to the UK due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Without hesitation, he credited my account with the unused days. I will absolutely be back as soon as the restrictions are lifted!

Having recently completed a camping road trip, I'm glad to say this was an excellent service. Not only was the van located just minutes away from LAX, the pick up and return process was quick and smooth. The van was a spacious, state of the art Dodge Grand Caravan which drove really well and was fully stocked with camping equipment. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I didn’t get to actually hire a van from AIYRE as we had to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite that, Mike and the team at AIYRE were always helpful and very understanding even in such uncertain circumstances. Hope to book them in the future!

Despite the fact that we had to cancel our trip because of the US travel ban caused by Coronavirus, we really hope we will have chance to meet Mike and drive AIYRE Pacific Van very soon. Mike is friendly and professional. He has responded to all my questions very quickly. Moreover, he has added some further significant information and details every time. Reservation process is very easy, intuitive and clear. Even during this hard time of Corona madness, we haven't had any problems with cancellation and refunding process. We really appreciate this professional attitude especially since it's difficult and time consuming to rearrange all our vacation plans.

Ich war 4 Wochen lang mit dem Dodge Grand Van von Aiyre in Kalifornien und Arizona unterwegs und war restlos begeistert sowohl von dem Auto (und der Gegend) als auch vom hilfsbereiten und kompetenten Personal. Die Übernahme und Rückgabe des Vans erfolgte voll reibungslos und unkompliziert. Ich kann Aiyre nur zu 100% empfehlen, wenn man einen Van samt umfangreicher Ausstattung mieten will.

I was driving the Dodge Grand Van from Aiyre in California and Arizona for 4 weeks and was completely enthusiastic about the car (and the area) as well as the helpful and competent staff. The takeover and return of the van was smooth and uncomplicated. I can recommend Aiyre for 100% if you want to rent a van with extensive equipment.

I booked a camper van for an upcoming trip and had a pleasant booking and customer service experience. I received a confirmation email with comprehensive details about my booking (where and how to pick up, included items, etc). I needed to change the times and customer service was quick to respond. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservation, but I had no problems when I needed to cancel and Mike was very helpful.
