One very satisfied customer and highly recommended to anyone that wants to explore different areas in northern CA. This Van has everything in it including utensils, plates, pots n pans everything what mentioned on their website. The Van was big enough for the two us and it was comfortable. Mike provided everything we asked for including changing the color of our Van. We highly recommended AIYRE Pacific Camper Vans!!! Thank you!!!

My husband and I rented for 5 days to go camping/backpacking. This was our first time in a camper van and it was great. The bed was super comfortable, the van is quiet (which when the people next to us in the campground one night ran a generator was great to close the doors and have some quiet.) It was easy to pick up and drop off and the directions all around were great. We would definitely use again. And, b/c it's a minivan, super easy to drive around, so when we went backpacking, could drive to trailhead and leave overnight. It was all around fantastic.

Two small warnings: we got a 2014 model and there is no usb plug. Fortunately, I had an old aux cord and an old enough iPhone so that there's a head phone jack. I just say this b/c if you like to listen to podcasts/music from your phone while on the drive, you might want to ask ahead. The only other thing I would mention is that I wish we had brought an extra blanket. The duvet was warm enough for me, not for my husband. We had sleeping bags but just a thought to bring a blanket if you're going somewhere that can get cold at night.

We could not have been more happy with the van- it came with everything you could want for camping, unlike many of the other companies that charge you for “extras” like chairs, a fold out table, etc. It was really nice to have everything included and not worry about being up charged. The van was way more spacious than we thought it would be as well- totally comfortable sleeping two adults. And finally, the customer service. Wow, just wow. Mike makes everything so easy- pickup and drop off within WALKING distance from Seattle airport, an emailed PDF with instructions and pictures of the vans contents so you don’t have to waste time trying to figure out where everything is- just very thoughtful and thorough. He’s super responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with the van and have a good trip. So glad we found AIYRE and absolutely will use them the next time we are in the West Coast (and hoping they expand East soon!)

This is the second time I have rented from Ayre Pacific and I will happily do so again. As last time, Mike was super helpful and all the booking arrangements went smoothly. The van is super comfortable and the camping equipment exactly what you need for car camping. I shall be sharing this info with my friends and will gladly recommend Ayre Pacific to them all.

This is the way to do it. Way more straightforward than taking an RV and bonus points for being able to use normal camp sites. Van was clean and had no problems - good sound system too.

Van was wonderful. We took it to Yosemite for 5 days. The mileage allotment is very generous. Much better than other options we looked at. Mattress was comfortable and everything was as described. Two slept very comfortably. We used the stove, cutlery, camp chairs, and cups. Didn't use the shower at all so can't speak to that. Fast communication and it was easy to get into the van using a lock box. Mike parked it just a short way away from SFO airport. Only minor issue was that the second cigarette adaptor wasn't working, but we still had one so it was ok. I think I'd read on their website that there were curtains but we didn't find any and I'm not sure we can fault them for that because I don't see it listed anywhere on Outdoorsy as something that was promised. Note: Don't forget to buy propane for the stove.

The Van was basically brand new, and it drove great. The bed in the back was easy to set up and pretty comfortable. My Wife and I slept well. The additional camping equipment (chairs, table, and canopy) was easy to set up and great quality as well. I highly suggest this service for a two person get away.

Van ran great and was very accommodating in filling all our needs for our camping trip. Also very easy pickup & drop off. Will strongly recommend AIYRE Vans to all our friends & family in the future.

We sadly didn't get to travel with Aiyre Pacific due to Covid-19 and all travel being cancelled. From the point if enquiring though, Mike was very helpful and quick to respond and we very much hope that we will get to travel next year to experience Aiyre Pacific.

Pickup was simple, and vehicle worked well for our trip. Highly recommend AIYRW vans!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to COVID; Mike was excellent at keeping us informed about refunding the deposit, and soon enough it reached my account. We really hope to be able to use the company in the future, and wish AIYRE all the best.

Unfortunately, our planned trip this year has had to be postponed due to the worldwide COVID pandemic. We’ve had various different responses from various hotels/campsites/other services we had precooked, mostly being negative responses from people who weren’t willing to help us out. Mike from Aiyre got in touch with me, before I even had chance to email and arranged the full refund for me. This is the kind of service that us as customers need in a time like this. We understood that it may be difficult to issue the refund but never the less it was The money was in my bank within the week. I will be booking again 100% with Aiyre as soon as this lockdown calms down! I look forward to my trip, fingers crossed for next year! Again, thanks to Mike and the guys at Aiyre for all the help during this difficult time!!

Although I was not able to actually use the van rented due to the Corona virus pandemic , Mike from the Aiyre Team was very pleasant and organized. I received full refund for the trip I was not able to take. When I reschedule my trip I hope to be rebooking with them again!!

We had to cancel our trip due to COVID. Booking on the AIYRE site was straightforward. Once established, communication about the cancellation and deposit refund was outstanding. We will rebook next year with AIYRE if that is possible!
I took off one star because it was difficult to find contact information from the contract or website. Hopefully a responsive phone number would have been provided at vehicle pickup; otherwise, I would have been worried had problems arisen during the rental.
Update: Mike says that the contract template has since been changed to provide better contact info. Five stars!

Our trip was cancelled because of the coronavirus and we keep a lot of communication with the agency and a completly refund of our reservation.

For sure, we rent our van here for our next trip in california.

It was very unfortunate that our trip had to be cancelled due to Covid 19 but we appreciate that we were able to receive a full refund for our booking. We did not have such luck with many other events we had pre paid for during our planned trip through Cali.
