Straight up scam took 250 from me then took another 250 out of no where the purifier has a rancid smell out of it and they simply don't respond to emails also brought a filter that just didn't come with the purifier and I have no idea when its coming

It is a scam ! Cheap products from china, not even a proper air purifier. Can’t believe i haven’t checked it earlier, i tried to return the product, even sent it back to China. But no response! It was delivered back to them on 26 th of march and no refund. Trying to contact my bank to report them. Stay away!! Wish i saw the reviews before ordering

Es una estafa, es un ventilador chino, nada más, no es purificador ni nada. Cuando pedí cancelar el pedido me dijeron que no sea podía y que para devolverlo tendrías que pagar todo.

I ordered a 18-in 3-in-1 air purifier from this company in January via the website airpurcare .com. I did not hear anything nor receive any confirmation of the order for weeks. I then received a tracking code, and the product that finally arrived 4 weeks later was damaged. The company is refusing to refund the product even though they have a 90-day guarantee on their website.
I have reported them to the Australian Consumer Affairs as a scam and to my financial institute to try and get my money back.

Fake company don’t buy. They did not respond to my emails for days after payment. Then I found reviews here and contacted my bank to report scam and ask for refund. I then emailed this fraud company to cancel the order. Out of nowhere they respond to my order cancelling email and tell me it can’t be cancelled. No contact number to call them as it’s a Chinese company so I presume no service for the item also.

This is a fake company from China. It is being investigated by authorities for their aggressive sales practices. Please do not purchase from them their product Is just a fun eith remote control. It doesn't have even filters to change. The website is made to look as it's a UK company and they even created a fake article using another fake website to promote their product.

This air purifier is great! I put it in my room and the air feels so much cleaner. But it's a bit louder than I expected.

A fuir, impossible de retourner le produit si l'on est mécontent. Le site se trouve en Chine donc frais de retour importants. Appareil très bruyant, ne chauffe pas. En un mot ne sert à rien à part souffler de l'air...
N'y allez pas, n'achetez SURTOUT pas.

This is the worse company you could buy from! Please AVOID AVOID AVOID! It’s a cheap piece of plastic that doesn’t even work! They don’t have customer service or any return means! They are liars and ask you to provide documentation for faulty. They must not know what consumer rights is because they are poor in knowledge. Avoid avoid avoid! Awful company, awful customer service, awful product! Go via your bank for refund because they will try everything possible to not refund you! SCAM company!! -1!!!!!!!!

Awful! The so called air purifier does not purify anything at all. I wish I checked this company’s reviews on uktrustpilot first. Their Instruction Manual is full of incomprehensible gibberish and that’s when the warning bells started ringing. Alas, maybe it’s not too late.
I’m going to ask for a refund anyway.
They are using .co.uk as part of their company’s website, but they operate from Hong Kong. Very misleading indeed.

Terrible company. Do not answer emails. Ordered item that has never arrived and all they email back is be patient. It’s been weeks now DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Site bidon airpurcare.fr c’est une arnaque, ne surtout pas commander c’est une vrai arnaque. Le site n’existe pas c’est juste pour vous prendre votre argent.

If I could give a minus I would! Do not buy from this company. Cheap product delivered direct from China. It is not an air purifier just a cheap fan that creates even more dust. (No filters) Offers a satisfaction guarantee but does not uphold it and expects you to pay over £100 for return.
Now trying to get money bank through the bank.

Absolutely do not buy from here I bought a purifyer fan didn't work asked for refund after 20 emails and was going to cost me £120 to send it back I agreed them to send me another unit it's came just the base no top no remote so still got no machine that works after 2 months absolutely crap this website

Cheap product from China, website made it look like it was shipped from UK. Made it impossible to return because of shipping to China. Customer service awful

Cheap product, the company has made it impossible to return citing payment of postage to china (even though purchased from uk website), excise and duty and a note that if they decide they 'need to clean it' then they won't return any cash at all.

No delivery and no explanations.
No refond after one week. No telephone number to call.
I sent 4 e.mails and no answers.
I have contacted à powerful consumers association to solve my problem.
