Es una estafa.
Compré antes de mirar trustpilot, dejándome guiar por unas opiniones por internet. Cuando me di cuenta quise cancelar el pedido (al día siguiente) y no me dejaron. Además rechace el pedido una vez me llegó con la intención que me devolvieran el dinero. Ni siquiera lo abrí.
Me dijeron que me devolverían un 65% del importe y les dije que ok.
Me dijeron en 3 días laborables.... Llevo más de un mes, ya no contestan mis mensajes.
Tengo 0 esperanzas de poder conseguir una parte de la devolución, voy a empezar a reclamar el dinero en el banco por haber sido estafado.

Delivered a broken heater fan which arrived 1 month past its due delivery date.

After 2 months of complaining they agreed to send a replacement that never arrived, nor can they track it apparently

After month of asking about it then they suddenly stop emailing back

All the emails signed off by the same name, majority copy and paste responses

Es una estafa. Se vende en la web como purificador de aire (destrucción de ácaros, bacterias,..) e ionización del aire, pero en realidad es un calefactor/ventilador.

El producto me llegó desde Alemania, pero el pago se hizo a una cuenta en Reino Unido, pero tampoco hay dirección para poner denuncia en un organismo consumidor.

El servicio de atención, que parece un bot, después de varios intentos, me dice que me lo quede y que me devuelven el 10% del pago que hice

Qué error, y lo peor es que me guié por una bloguista que comparaba varios productos aparentemente iguales, pero cuando abrí el embalaje vi que en realidad había comprado un ventilador/calefactor sin purificacion del aire

Like many others I was rushed into believing this was a British company, and they have even gone to the trouble of creating a fake review website, very clever.

The product received come from china. Is not the size advertised and is basically a cheap fan you could buy off Amazon for much less money.

Having read reviews after purchasing I tried to cancel 10 mins after placing my order. The 24 hour “Customer service” took 3 days to respond, when the item has already been shipped. It came in under a week, so clearly not from china, but guess where you have to return the item to at your own expense, yep China!

HOW TO GET MONEY BACK

After doing some research I contacted my bank and raised a dispute. Let the bank know that at no point in the purchase or on the website is it advertised that returns are to be sent to china at your own expense. Take photos to show the product isn’t as described.

Luckily for me after nearly 3 weeks, my bank have reversed the charge and I have my money back. I sincerely hope the money has been taken from this “company” so they haven’t profited

Do not be fooled – this company advertises as UK-based but is actually Chinese. I tried to cancel my order immediately after reading other negative reviews, but was told it wasn’t possible.

The air purifier I received had a *burning smell* when running – a serious safety concern. When I contacted customer service, they refused a return and instead offered just a **10% refund on a £458 order**, suggesting I "gift it to family or friends." Completely unacceptable.I emailed them referencing my rights under the Consumer Rights Act, and since then, they have stopped responding completely. Customer service is appalling.

Strongly recommend avoiding this company. Total scam behaviour.

They told me I could refuse the delivery, but the item was just dumped on my doorstep without any signature or knock. £458 worth of goods, left exposed – outrageous.

Customer service has been *diabolical* throughout. I regret this purchase entirely and strongly advise others to stay away.

Save your money and your sanity trying to sort it out and do not purchase. I wish I had saved a bit longer and spent more on a genuine Dyson as opposed to cheap plastic rubbish that is not fit for purpose.

I ordered 2 machines one camwithin 3 days and is perfect good cooler and heater very happy the second came a week later and again very happy with the matchine. Good service even though China based . which means if anything goes wrong we could have a problem
but very happy thus far

They use a UK email address but their products are shipped from China.
Nearly a month since I ordered the fan and still no sign of it, customer service is a joke, Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Not a uk based company BUT I love my air purifier. It did take a little longer than I expected to arrive but it works perfect. Cool setting is beautiful over summer and unlike a fan isnt just recirculating warm air. Warm setting lovely for winter in heating up rooms. I did worry i had overspent on a cheap piece of rubbish but thankfully not the case. There is also a night mode you can use which you can barely hear and just keeps a lights breeze going through the room. I read the negative reviews after I already purchased and was scared what Id recieve or if I'd even recieve anything but honestly can say my experience has been positive.

This company is based in China, had I realised this I would not have ordered. I chose this product because I thought it was U.K. based and because of the 90-day guarantee. I have contacted them several times to try and return the product but they are making it impossibly difficult and arguing that ‘there is nothing wrong’ with their product. It’s not an air purifier and it’s made absolutely no difference at all to any room I’ve used it in. What a waste of money.
Ps I have been unable to claim any of the cost back through my credit card/bank.

This company is not a UK based company as marketed, this is a scam as the item is not as advertised.

My email is now blocked from their 'customer service' and I had to get back in contact via the 'contact us' section on their website.

The reviews where the air purifier is compared to the Dyson is all fake, and the product itself is a cheap and flimsy rip-off.

Currently have an ongoing dispute with the company and Visa for a returns.

Like almost everyone here, who isn't a bot or can assume have been paid to give a fake positive review i wish i had checked the reviews first. I went on to buy an air purifier in good faith after seeing this one score so highly on what i now realise to be a fake ratings site. Clever of them, i have to say. Exactly like everyone else who has raised a chargeback, they have asked me to cancel it. I'm not doing that. It seems that is my only protection. I'm upset that i have fallen for this and they have my details and i am now waiting to receive a fake item to which by the looks will not offer a return address. And if somehow i do manage to return it, i'm going to be hit with fees. My hope is under section 75, that as the purchase is over £100 that i will be covered for any fees incurred on top of the initial refund from the card issuer? I will have to wait up to 2 months for an outcome for this so it will be hanging over me until then. Even if my bank are able to cover me, i will still be burned after this experience and very cautious to any future online purchases. I will still always worry about scammers having my details. They tried in the beginning to say they had no record of my purchase and quickly switched to it's been shipped and there's nothing you can do when i mentioned a chargeback. This is all miraculous when it's supposed to be a 'UK' based company with https and all the markers of a genuine one. Fraud and scams are getting more advanced, as consumers our protection needs to at least keep up with it. My card issuer have beem brilliant so far, i can only hope this remains a consistent experience with them. Be deepest sympathies for fellow consumers who have already been scammed and for those to come. I have reported the websites in question, but it seems so has most here who have reviewed already.

This air purifier does its main job effectively, cleaning the air! An air detection feature would make it even better, though.

This air purifier is great for clearing up poor air quality quickly! It doesn't seem to catch the larger dust particles, however.

I bought this item after searching number 1 air purifiers and this item topped the list. I didn’t think to read the reviews until after I purchased which was a huge mistake . After reading the reviews I now know it is no where near the number 1 product and the company have deceived and bought their way to the top of the list

I emailed before even receiving my item to start the returns process and the company take on average 3 days to respond and are making it impossible for me to return .

The product remains unopened and ready to return but they just keep telling me how difficult and expensive it will be to return .

I searched the company name “Eonvy” to which the payment is under and they are all selling drones that people are having the same problems with , just a complete rip off company

Agreed with others. Just smelt burning and looked up brand and it is a Chinese fake brand using a UK website. Dangerous!!

This is not a UK company as advertised! Their website states 2 to 3 day delivery ours took three weeks to arrive!

They are a Chinese company selling a rip off version of a Dyson. This is no more an air purifier than a £25 fan from Argos. Do not be fooled by their sales tactics. Ours arrived damaged and there after-care is certainly not 24–7 support as advertised on their website. It currently takes them around three days to respond to an email.

Their returns policy is not what it says it is and they are now expecting us to pay almost £50 to return the item plus any customs charges!

Avoid it all costs, pay out a bit more and support a British manufacturer 🇬🇧

This review is written not just out of frustration, but as a warning and a serious report for future buyers. I hope it triggers Trustpilot to review this business and place a red warning on their page , people are still being scammed every day by Airpurcare.co.uk.

They present themselves as a UK-based company, but in reality, your order is shipped from China, and they hide this detail until AFTER you pay. That alone is dishonest. But it gets much worse.

The product I received was low quality and not what I expected. I immediately asked to return it. What followed was a bullying campaign via email to convince me to keep a product I do not want, simply because they claim it has no defects. They refuse to pay for the return, even though sending it to China costs more than the item itself.

And here’s their scam in full view:
They told me to cancel the chargeback I filed with my bank, promising to refund me 50% of the order , but only if I cancel the dispute first. That’s a shady tactic to trick customers into dropping their only real protection. Once you cancel the chargeback, they know they’ve won ,and you’ll never hear from them again.

Let me be absolutely clear:

I do not want this product.

It is repacked and ready to be returned.

They are refusing to offer any proper return method or prepaid label.

Their emails are manipulative, repetitive, and intentionally pressure customers to accept unfair terms.

This company is operating dishonestly and unethically under a fake UK front, while exploiting loopholes and intimidating customers with fake policies. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards and my bank, and I strongly encourage others to do the same.

Trustpilot, please investigate this business and warn others with a red alert. Too many people are being tricked by this site.
