I’ve had my Aircraft Powerglide for three years and it has been fabulous, one of my Best Buy’s!
I was so disappointed when I switched it on this week and it didn’t work.
Thankfully I contacted Aircraft and they were really helpful. After taking my details I received an email from Shane giving me some advice on a few checks to make on the machine. I had completely forgotten there are two small batteries in the handle and these needed to be changed. Thank you Aircraft, great product and great service!

Mines hardly been used and has stopped working . Battery fine but the button on base of machine doesn’t work so won’t switch on

I purchased this after reading good reviews. Am very pleased with it. After a slight hiccup with the battery which was sorted quickly & efficiently I would highly recommend it.
It makes light work of floor cleaning & is brilliant on hardwood floors.
My husband used to hate me complaining about mopping the floor so now he doesn’t get any earache! So win win! 😀

As always customer service is excellent. This cleaner is amazing. So good I have purchased 3 as wedding gifts. Saves time & keeps all types of floors clean. I would give this product 5* customer service more if it was possible.

Review about the POWERGLIDE Cordless Hard Floor Cleaner. Great product. However if you need spares and live outside the UK this can be terrible expensive.

I needed a new charger. When bought at ACH with expedition, import and taxes around 65 euros (!!) . Unfortunately ACH did not want to provide any technical details about the charger so I could check local possibilities to get a new one. Finally found the right charger on AliExpress. If you are in the need of a new charger and live outside the UK, this is the charger you need... search on Ali for: "16.8V 2A Schroevendraaier Lader Voor 18650 Lithium" @ YYHQQBAD Chargers Store (no shares ;) )

Shane provided excellent customer service. V prompt and professional support when I had difficulty regarding a delivery of a charger for the aircraft powerglider. I highly recommend this company for the product and after sales service

The quick and helpful response I received from the Customer Support Team when I thought my Powerglide wasn't working was excellent. I'd forgotten to replace the batteries so no wonder it wasn't working!

Absolutely brilliant mop, cleans really well with no effort! Customer services were excellent and very efficient! Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent Service and a lot of the larger companies and service providers should take a leaf out of these guys book to see the level of service and support they should be achieving !!

I bought the Powerglide product as I have different hard floors through. All I can say is that this product is amazing!!! I have large porcelain high gloss tiles, not only does this product save me time, it cleans and buffs the tiles brilliantly!!!

I recently contacted aircraft due to a problem with my AirCraft Power Glide. I was contacted by Chris, who was superb. He talked me through possible issues and when non of those helped he sent me a new battery for the power glide...it now works perfectly. Thank you for such immediate and superb service.

Re: AirCraft Powerglide Cordless Hard Floor Cleaner and Polisher PGLIDEWHT from Lakeland. Only 4 stars because the battery did not work out of the box. However Lakeland replaced this without hesitation. There were more problems with the sudden loss of power but the customer support team from AirCraft were superb and Shane, Chris and James could not have been more helpful. Since then there have been no further problems and the machine is easy to use and does it's job very efficiently A set of spare pads was offered for the inconvenience - great sevice. If it had not been for the glitch at the start this would have been a 5* review.

After my fab Shark Klick & Flip died I decided to buy the Aircraft Powerglide .
Initially I was agitated as I couldn’t start it after charging the battery , but after voicing my displeasure to customer service I received a call from
Shane who is clearly passionate about this appliance & talked me through the simple process , the guy has the patience of a saint! . It is essential to remove the battery from the appliance & charge it for 2 hrs .
This machine is brilliant & outshines the Shark , it gets into all the nooks & crannies that normally need a separate clean with a cloth . My white tiled kitchen floor is shining & smear free . Just a brilliant on my wooden floors also . I use deionised water in the tank & squirt the floor with Method floor cleaner . It’s extremely lightweight to use which is essential for my challenged mobility but is a really sturdy machine .
I’m delighted with it & Shane in customer service . 1st Class 😊

This British company make two brilliant products that have made a real difference in my house.

The PowerScrub is a very powerful cordless electric scrubbing tool which works - it's brought my grout back to its original colour and really got into the rough textured floor tiles, the only thing that has ever worked (I've tried them all). The main body is handheld, but has a solid extension handle to allow you to scrub floors without stooping, reach higher up a tiled wall, or get to the bottom of your outside bin. The spinning head, to which you attach various heavy duty scrubbing brushes/pads, has real torque - like scrubbing really hard by hand with a scrubbing brush, but oh man soooo muuuch easier. Incredibly satisfying to watch all the gunk coming off with so little effort, and we basically fight over who gets to use it. This means that the grim jobs that make the house feel depressingly grotty actually get done. There are lots of different heads including a microfibre scrubbing pad which is great for windows that are properly dirty.

The Power Glide is an electric mop/floor cleaner with two spinning disks - you attach washable microfibre pads, or buffing pads for solid wood, or heavier, rougher microfibre pads (bought separately) for tougher cleaning. These last are very useful on textured tile. There's a spray function and you can fill the reservoir with whatever you like to clean with. It leaves barely any wetness so works brilliantly on our oiled reclaimed parquet which needs to be pretty dry or it will stain.

Customer service is outstanding - I messed up and used the wrong voltage charger on my PowerScrub and blew it - they responded immediately to my email and when it became apparent what had happened, offered to replace the main unit at no charge. It feels like a small, family company in the great British engineering tradition and I really hope they do well - It's not often a product like this lives up to expectations, and they really deserve to!

Unfortunately I’ve been incredibly busy to call back today .

This is a brand and company that fullfill every aspect of customer service. their products are value for money.. they may seem a bit more expensive than other brands, however their customer service is worth that little extra. had a slight problem and none of the mucking about. they just sorted it out, they answer in seconds and resolve in minutes.. highly recommend and this is one of only 5 companies i have given 5 stars to.. they deserve it...

I’ve read some comments about thePowerglide and I agree that it is a great product.
However the battery life is abysmal. I spoke to a representative today as I needed to order yet another battery - I bought my machine in February 2021, bought a replacement battery in October 2021 and now need another one!
Unfortunately I was not aware that you cannot leave these batteries plugged in to charge as it drains the battery over time.
It clearly states that charge time is 2 hours but for those of us who are a little challenged it’s not clear that you must not leave it charging for longer than that. All our power tools and other cleaning tools that are other makes are very reliable and rechargeable and can be left plugged in - not so with Powerglide
Be warned I wish I’d known - £84 down on two batteries!
Had a call on Saturday morning no less from one of the owners of the company. Sorted out my problem immediately. Refunded the money for the battery, explained really clearly that I need to take the battery out of the machine and plug in to recharge.
I’m delighted with the response and I suppose it shows that the people in charge are sound and support their product fully.
In addition at no time was I asked to edit my review which speaks volumes to the integrity of the company.
Thanks for all the help and my battery has already arrived.

Good product, loved using it but the guarantee is 12 months. Mine suddenly stopped working after 18 months after that you may need a new battery which is £40 (1/4 of the price of the cleaner!)

Had my Powerglide 2 weeks and up until today it was a great product. However it has just stopped working completely. Battery is fully charged and fresh AAA batteries. Spoke to customer services and they are sending me a new battery but I honestly don't think that's the problem. Seller won't replace but will offer full refund so I have to send it back then purchase again which is frustrating as I go away in two weeks and wanted to reseal my floor which I won't be able to do.

Update on the above issue. I spoke with Aircraft and they sorted everything. They responded to emails promptly. Arranged a call back on a Saturday and overall I can honestly say I wish customer services were always this good. So from a 3 star review its now a 5 star within a week. Machine is all working again. Happy days.
