I’ve been using The Air Conditioning Company for about ten years now and have to say they have been consistently great. Fantastic customer service from Claire, great servicing teams especially Aaron and Daniel and a joy to do business with all round.

Excellent installation carried out by professionals.

The Air Conditioning Company are highly rated for a reason.

We had a full system installed for our business, and the experience as a customer was great from start to finish. The price was competitive, the team communicative & knowledgeable and the installation was done in a timely and professional manner.

Particularly good communication from Malcolm & Ivo, in the planning they took the time to help us understand the best options for us, and during the install made us feel our project was being taken seriously and were quick to respond.

Frankly, my wife and I were not looking forward to the installation, thinking they were going to come up with some problem or other and leave a mess. As it was, it was a pleasure to have the installation team in and around our home and they left us with a working system and no mess. Huge thanks to Abdullah and Aaron. Also our thanks to the office team who made the survey, estimate and ordering straightforward.

Installers were great - clean, tidy and flexible in a busy school setting. The operators are very helpful over the phone for support & advice and the gentleman who came in to quote was very helpful with his recommendations. Would 100% use again - in fact they are now also our service team for air conditioning!

We run a mid-sized hotel in central London. In one of the early heatwaves, we encountered serious issues with our air-conditioning system. Hotel guests are notoriously quick to complain online and this can very much affect a hotel’s reputations so we needed to get this sorted quickly.

Initially, we reached out to a prominent installation company. They responded in a few days but couldn't diagnose the issue in the time they had available.

Another firm we contacted also spent a couple of days investigating and suggested that our system was nearing the end of its useful shelf-life (it’s nine years old) and were happy to quote for a complete new system at a cost of tens of thousands of pounds.

Fortunately, a colleague in the hospitality industry, who manages a hotel nearby, recommended this particular company to us. Impressively, their engineers identified a refrigerant leak within a few hours of their visit, and by the end of the next day, our entire system was operational again.

They will now be our go-to air-conditioning maintenance provider. Highly recommended and thank you.

We requested a survey from two seemingly “like for like” installers for our house renovation. The quotes were relatively close. However we were impressed with the advice this company imparted about where the outside units should be placed to keep noise to a minimum. Should we go ahead we would have confidence in this company.

Very professional, great service and the unit arrived in excellent condition!
Will definitely use them again

We will be air conditioning our home later this year and we have asked three companies to quote because we have many rooms. To be frank, the quotes were not madly dissimilar but the customer experience dealing with this company was on a different planet and felt as though we were dealing with a deluxe hotel! The surveyors knowledge was amazing and his suggestions about positioning the units was so different to the other surveyors and we felt very confident about trusting them fir our installation. We’ll let you know after they’ve been installed.

This company is fabulous. So happy I have found it.. From the surveyor to the impeccable work of Andy and Abdullh I could not be more satisfied. It looks far better than I thought possible. This young team is incredibly skilled, polite, neat and friendly. What a gem! I do not hesitate to recommend. And I will be using their services again to make more rooms in my house cool in the summer and warm in the winter with their reversible condensers. And the units inside look good!"

Excellent responsive service throughout from the Aircondtioning Company. Couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone from the MD to the fitting engineers were first rate and went over and beyond to provide a fantastic service.

Very responsive and highly professional. A free surveyor who came to our property and advised us on what could and couldn't be done. A very detailed and clear proposal. A very impressive installation team who did a high quality job and really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Our air conditioning works fantastic and is super quiet. We are extremely pleased and would recommend The Air Conditioning Company to anyone considering a home installation.

We were so optimistic and naive and had aircon units installed in our bedrooms a few years ago by these guys. Now ~3-4 years on, we are out of pocket almost £18000, and don't ever seem to have working air conditioning. 
Turns out, their prices and quotes are significantly above equivalent providers, the units break down constantly, their service turn-around is multiple weeks not days (even for emergencies), their on-ground teams often don't have the equipment they need to finish expensive repairs, and their warranty or maintenance contract doesn't seem to cover anything at all, so you're quoted £££ over and over again just in hopes that things work (and they don't). 
Plus the founder/owner (not staff) seems eager to start personal feuds, won't resolve problems, and instead communicates using sneering, contemptuous language (take a look at his responses to the -ve reviews right here!)
Really don't recommend using them unless you enjoy a giant headache.
