It may seem an unusual step in our temperate climate to install Air Conditioning in a UK home. However, it is the best decision we ever made for our son's "too hot in summer, too cold in winter" bedroom. We did due diligence and contacted 4 companies to get an idea of what system work best and to see what options were available. It was a no-brainer. The Air Conditioning Company were the only truly professional company who responded to our enquiry and offered a turnkey solution. Some companies did not even bother to respond. Others took weeks and some supply the A/C unit only and expect you to find your own installation team - that is a completely bonkers option and a recipe for disaster!

The Air Conditioning Company are just a fantastic company to work with and we were looked after from our very first phone call until the fitting team left our home.
My initial phone call initiated a free, no-commitment survey at our home, where the available units and whole process, including installation, was discussed. I visited the Air Conditioning Company showroom, and was talked through the benefits of each compatible unit and could see them working, how easy they were to use, to programme and how silent they were too! by incredibly well-informed staff.

The fitters, Dan & Matt, are a credit to your company. They arrived on time. Respected our home from the moment they stepped over the thresh-hold with shoe protectors on from the get-go. They were polite, friendly, answered all my (probably quite dumb) questions and queries in a fully understandable way.
Tidied as they went along. No loud music and no expletives!

The unit has given us a new teenager! He wakes up smiley and pleasant after a GREAT nights'sleep. What more can any parent ask for?!

When my home a/c unit needed a service I approached a couple of companies and The Air Conditioning Company responded quickly and personally. They laid out the costs, booked a date and reconfirmed the day before. The engineer arrived on time, was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
I will be using them again and highly recommend them.

This is entirely in keeping with all my dealings with Airconco. Everyone is very polite, very professional and helpful. The installation about a year ago was very well done and I can happily say that it has been an extremely stress free and professional service throughout.

I have been a customer of this company for seven years now, ever since they installed my air conditioning units. From the initial consultation to the installation and then the annual service, they have been superb. Any issues are quickly resolved, perhaps with the exception of the busiest periods. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Always excellent.

Claire Kay, the Service Manager, handled my appointment with speed and efficiency, and then delivered impressive turnaround times. Stress levels from my past experiences of working with other air conditioning companies are now a distant memory. I cannot recommend Airconco enough!

I got a few quotes as I needed to get Air Conditioning installed in our loft room. I picked The Air Conditioning Company due to their reviews and experience + they were a which Trusted trader. The surveyor came over and reviewed the room and gave me a number of Air Conditioning unit options. He also quoted for all the different units so we could get an idea of the price differences and what each unit offered. After that discussion we decided to have it installed on the right side of the room and house but after a discussion with my wife we changed our minds about the positioning of the unit and the surveyor had no issues in coming back to the house and checking if it was a feasible option. The date was booked in for the 2nd week of May, unfortunately due to a family emergency we had to postpone and they accommodated us without any problems and we still managed to only delay the install by 3 weeks. The team kept us up to date and the install was done at the start of June before the hot weather hit. Overall I am happy with the service, installation and the communication during the project and now I can keep cool all summer.

The process went smoothly upon contacting them to install and they dealt with my preferences well.

I did chase them between the initial site visit and the install and I think they could have been more proactive on this front. However, they were responsive to my chaser and got the job done very well.

The guys who installed it worked very hard and did a good job finishing the work nicely.

We got a few quotes for Aircon for a 5 bedroom house. We ended up choosing The Air Conditioning Company as they were both cheapest and could also accommodate our quick turnaround.
They were professional and worked well with all my other trades. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for Aircon for their homes.

The company from start to finish was great. The staff at the showroom answered all our questions and provided a demonstration to show the units in operation. They were prompt in responding to information requests and they made timely appointments for the survey & installation. All we need now is a heatwave?!? I would highly recommend this company.
