The engineer arrived promptly at expected day and time. Servicing our air conditioning was performed very quicky. The engineer gave a clear explanation of what they did and confirmed all was ok with our air conditioning.

I've had 2 airconditioning units installed for my town house. Unit installation and cabling was perfectly done and they really made it look easy. Even though there was a delay on the electrical installation, the company was always reachable and responsive on sorting out the hitch. Even the company owner was on top of the issue and helped to sort it out. I would definitely recommend them.

The Airconco team were extremely efficient and helpful from the initial survey to the final fit. I didn't have any difficulties arranging the survey, getting a quote, or having the equipment installed (in two halves more than a year apart- thank you !!). Highly recommend that if you need A/C you contact Airconco.

Seamless experience, they came to give us a quote, sent the electrician over and then scheduled the installation within the time range they commit to. The job was done cleanly and professionally.

In the last five years, I have had the Air Conditioning Company supply, fit and service units in my living room and bedroom. My only regret is not having engaged them years earlier, and the money I have spent represents some of the best value for money I've received on any purchases I've ever made. The whole company is very professional, from the office, to the surveyors, installers and service engineers. They are responsive to communications, offer swift service - despite my part of London being a really painful journey round the M25 from Mill Hill - stick to agreed dates and times and are easy to communicate with.

This year's service was an example of this, with the office quoting for a deep clean of one of the units (which gets a lot of moisture from the en-suite) in addition to the standard annual checks. The engineer rang to let me know when he would be arriving, attended to the deep clean first, explained what he would be doing, and showed me photographs of the completed work as well as giving me tips to minimise future build up.

Very efficient installation after placement of order, less than three weeks. Callum and Dan, our installation guys were great, knew what they were doing and helpful in answering any questions. I would highly recommend the Air Conditioning Company.

From start to finish the Aircon company were great to deal with. The initial survey was conducted promptly after my inquiry and a quote quickly received. On the installation date, the engineer arrived promptly and worked very efficiently, he was exceptionally clean and tidy and even re-hung a heavy mirror for me which had to be moved to accommodate the Aircon unit. A very professional job inside and out with high-quality materials. Would highly recommend.
