I contacted AIA PETS to transport my greyhound to Thailand. She arived and is doing well.
The agents, Kirsty and Ian were helpful and friendly. They guided me through the complex operation and made it seem easy.
I had good communications with them and would happily recommend them for transporting pets.

Excellent service - quickly reachable by phone and email and prompt responses. Explanations very helpful, and Solution oriented. Representatives very cheerful and animal friendly, and welcomed our pet to live cargo area in person.

Constant communication and happy to work with Vet in Uk to ensure cats were all good to travel to China!!!!

Ian was absolutely wonderful in helping me ship my puppy from the UK over to the USA. He put my worries at ease, and just handled everything when my puppy’s initial flight got cancelled. They gave me updates on how my puppy was doing while in their care and sent photos, which I greatly appreciated. Ian was also extremely fast to respond every time I reached out to him. I will happily use AIA Pets and Ian in the future!

After using a different person for previous pet travel arrangements and having a very bad experience I was very happy to find AIA Pets. They went over and above to ensure that my dog travelled well. They even sorted me a water funnel when I forgot and checked in after his journey. I'd highly recommend you use them.

Despite the many changes to laws and procedures due to Brexit, and the many obstacles we have faced through COVID and beyond, you have always come through with professionalism, patience, calm and sense of humour. I wholeheartedly recommend AIA! When I had to move my two Guinea pigs from the UK to the US, I was quite anxious about shipping them in cargo for the first time. Guinea pigs are more sensitive to anxiety and pressure than cats or dogs. I want to express my gratitude to Kirsty for her professional service and prompt communication. Tbh before choosing AIA, I reached out to other cargo companies, but AIA's quick and timely response, usually within a few hours or even minutes. Despite my delayed flight, Kirsty continued to reassure me via email that my piggies were safe. She also kept me updated when the flight departed, letting me know my piggies were on their way with me. Moreover, they provided clear instructions for collecting my piggies at the destination and who to contact. Overall, it was an excellent experience with a very thoughtful service company. I wouldn't hesitate to choose AIA again if I need to relocate my pets in the future.

I can 100% recommend AIA Pets services. Flying our Dachshund from UK to Copenhagen was very stressful but AIA Pets made the experience great. They very always available on the phone, sorted all the documents, boarded Bella for few nights and found the right flight for her. She arrived very happy, well fed, and very content. I’m glad we have used them and I’d definitely use them again

Great service. Setting up was easy and Kirsty was super to deal with. The staff at drop off were great and Murray was well looked after before his flight home to Tampa.

When I set about planning my emigration to the USA the biggest concern was getting my 10-year-old rescue dog overseas with me. The first quote I received was from the top pet shipper in the UK and was over £7000. Anyone who has a pet will know there are businesses who trade in the emotional blackmail of pet owners; pet shippers seem to be some of the worst. Having had quotes from a half dozen of the most highly regarded, well reviewed ones in the UK, I found the quotes to be eye-watering! The best by far was from AIA Pets, less than half the cost of most of the rest. Professional and knowledgable from the start, my emails and calls to Ian were quickly responded to and my queries and concerns addressed along the way. My dog travelled to the USA this week. Kirsty met me at Heathrow and everything was done so easily and professionally - during an emotionally stressful time, she was simply wonderful. Because AIA Pets' quote was so reasonable while all others had been so extortionate I kept waiting for something to go wrong! Any fears were unfounded ... my dog arrived safely and is happy with his new life in the states. I would recommend, unreservedly, AIA Pets. I don't know why anyone would use any other pet shipper - and I'm not sure how the others justify their outrageous fees.
