I had an amazing experience with AIA Pets, and I cannot praise Ian Fairman highly enough. From start to finish, he was exceptionally professional, responsive, supportive, and truly empathetic. I was very anxious about travelling from London to the EU with my cat, Lucky, but Ian made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

His communication was excellent—he patiently answered all my questions, resolved any issues quickly, and kept me informed at every stage. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared- he even monitored Lucky’s flight to ensure she arrived safe and sound.

Thanks to Ian and the AIA Pets team, Lucky’s journey was handled with the utmost care, and I had complete peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and strongly recommend them to anyone needing pet transport. Thank you, Ian!

I was recommended AIA by a friend. What a great recommendation it turned out to be. I was travelling with my dog for the first time from Ireland to Fuerteventura via Manchester airport. I contacted AIA and they (Ian) explained the whole linguistics and what to do. Ian organised everything from Manchester airport re cargo flights too and from Fuerteventura in December 2024 and returning February 2025. What I needed to do re customs for the dog, vaccines etc. The whole trip went so smoothly Thks to AIA pets. I am looking forward to using them again this year for a similar trip. I found AIA excellent, so efficient; answered my queries promptly and made it stress free for myself and my dog. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company to others. AIA Pets UK was incredibly efficient, and Ian ensured that I was well-informed throughout the entire process. His team at Pet Relocation Thailand was equally impressive, providing prompt responses and valuable insights, helping me choose the best option, including considering cost differences.

During transit, AIA Pets UK provided regular updates on check-ins and flight details, while Pet Relocation Thailand ensured a smooth final transport to the destination. This morning, my four-month-old Bengal kitten arrived safely in Bangkok from London to join my sister. The check-out process at Bangkok terminal was seamless, and he is now settling in happily at home.

Fantastic service from start to Finish

AIA have gone above and beyond to assist with a flight this week. Every curve ball was handled efficiently and quickly. The dog has arrived safely into Brazil this morning. The owners & ourselves, 101 Pet Express would like to think especially Ian Fairman for his professionalism, calm approach and understanding. Since my first contact with Ian Fairman regarding my dog’s relocation from uk to Cyprus, the arrangements have been seamless. Clear and helpful communication the whole way through. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I am a truly happy customer!

The service was excellent. Ian was very responsive, finding solutions, very friendly and helpful. The puppies arrived in an excellent condition.

We contacted AIA after meeting and falling in love with a stray kitten in Kos, Greece. There was so much info to process to understand what we needed to do to get this kitten home to us. We had the help of a lovely lady who worked in a rescue who helped get the kitten and she recommended AIA to us. Which although isn't the cheapest way to get a pet into the UK, we opted to use AIA as it reduced the travel time and stress for our kitten and I didn't want to risk not having the correct paper and being stuck in customs. Once I phoned Ian to clarify a few of my concerns he was really helpful and answered all my queries. We arrived in Manchester and although they said it would tale 1-1.5 hours to process him. They processed him in less than 30 minutes. We were so happy and would recommend AIA to anyone wanting to bring a pet into the UK.

Thank you for everything you did to help get our dog safely back to the UK from Houston, Texas. Everything worked well and any issue that needed addressing, Ian was there to sort it out! On arrival into London Heathrow, I was delighted how speedy the customs process worked and all the communication. At collection from the Animal Centre, the staff were amazing there too.

After her long journey our dog was very pleased to see us with a lovely waggy tail, she had no mess and was quick to have a biscuit and a drink. Now back home, she’s settling well and enjoying the cooler weather!

Our Python Landed Safe & Stress Free!

AIA pets helped assist us in a smooth and easy transition, keeping in touch with both myself (UK) and my fiancé (US) whenever we needed assistance despite the time zone difference.
So much thought and care was gone into shipping our snake and getting him successfully over to the states as quick as possible. The steps were made easy by thorough information provided in emails and phone calls to ensure everything was in place for our pet. When he landed in Dallas, we were told after a quick inspection to see if he was ok, our snake was not stressed!

We couldn't have done this without Ian and the whole team and we are very grateful to have had him on board!

Above and beyond helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The prices are fair and calculated to find you the most cost affective and safe way to travel you pet. Time was taken to reassure and explain all the details and requirements. Paperwork was explained with a lot of patience. Ian even helped me with my travel to the airport and liaised with the pet lounge, so i didnt have to wait for hours in my vehicle at a meeting point, like i had to experience with other transport agents. The girl in the pet lounge was lovely and Ian sent me regular updates of my puppy's journey, as well as a link to American Airlines pet tracking so i could keep track of when she left the lounge, arrived at the airport and was loaded on the plane. I had none of this from other companies. Ian also emailed me with pictures of her in the morning having cuddles and playtime, before being loaded for the flight and he even had a crate made for her that suited her size and measurements instead of using one of the generic manufactured ones. Pup arrived happy, calm and clean and did not seem at all fazed by her journey to New York from the UK. Ian let me know when she had landed and when she had been collected. I would never consider sending my animals via any other company after having this outstanding service. Transporting a young animal overseas can be very nerve-wracking but this company understands that and does everything possible to put you at ease which is definitely what is needed. I would have given more stars if they were available.

I can't praise AIA Pets enough, for their service. Their commitment, professionalism and genuine care for pets set them apart from others. Thanks to their help my dogs move from the UK to Australia went smoothly. Turned out to be an experience for both of us. I highly suggest AIA Pets to anyone looking for an hassle free option, for relocation.

If you are considering sending your pet abroad LOOK NO FURTHER. AIA pets are simply amazing. Under the co-ordination of Kirsty we moved our dog Dotty to Australia under difficult circumstances and Kirsty, with the help of her amazing team, moved heaven and Earth to get her there safely. My wife and I will be forever grateful to AIA pets. I simply cannot speak highly enough of them.

AIA Pets gave me a confidence form the first email communication, where many other companies refused as French bulldogs are not the easy breed to travel.

The whole process was very detailed and all points were taken care of so the overall process went literally stress free. They provide full door to door service (in partnership with UAE based agent) and price is the best comparing with other companies quoted.
