We see that indeed you tried to reach us three times by chat on July 1st but unfortunately couldnt find record of any missed call, voicemail, or e-mails. We are concerned about that and will appreciate it if you could get in touch and provide more details.
We see that Amanda was able to return your missed chats on July 1st and assist you with adding a lien holder but still would like to 1) make sure that all your need were addressed 2) further research the case so to fix any technology bugs or issues with our processes.

I have no Documentation of insurance and still have not heard a word or received Insurance proof. Still cannot use boat or go fishing.
