Third time was not a charm!
This was my 3rd time ordering from them. No issues the first 2 times but 3rd time was not a charm! The shipment was delayed as one item was on preorder. When checking out, I checked the button to have the order sent in multiple packages but that did not happen. They just sent me a tracking number and then waited almost a month to ship the order. The order was then refused at customs and returned to them. When I contacted customer service, they just kept saying that it was probably because I did not pay the duties. I never got an assessment for duties and the tracking history shows no duties were assessed on the package. Customer service sent nicely worded emails but did nothing to resolve the issue. Not going to order from them again as their unwillingness to find the cause of the issue means it’s likely to happen again. Too bad since the shoes are well made and cute and I would have loved to get more.
