l was treated in a courteous manner by receptionist and service advisor.All work was carried out in the designated time.When l picked the car up it was gleaming inside and out.

Car was in for service from 9.15 am to 6pm and the wiper blades were not changed,
I now need to call back taking an hour of my time.
I think you could do better

I purchased a BMW 120 yesterday from James Woods, overall I had a positive experience from Bavarian BMW. James was thorough in his approach throughout the whole process. I found the time spent by James going over the car’s features useful as this is my first BMW.
I would also like to thank Nadia and Matthew for their clarity with the finance aspects!

My experience in purchasing my MINI at Bavarian was very positive, and I would definitely recommend them as a dealership.
Louis Jellie was very helpful without being forceful. That was important to me. I did not want to feel under pressure. He was informative and friendly yet respected my need to reflect - a good balance.
The showroom and support staff were also very attentive. A good experience.

Prompt service, helpful staff

I left my car in for a service and received a call from the service dept asking was I aware of a knocking noise in the engine which I was not , this then changed to a “ ticking noise” which clearly has been there since the car was purchased and seems to be a common issue with this engine according to many professional mechanics?

There is literally only 31k miles on this M4 and it is in immaculate condition and well looked after , I was told that if I wanted it investigated further it could be 3 days and a big job ??
The fact that the car came from JKC should not have any reflection on BMW aftercare and customer satisfaction, I was made to feel that the car was not really welcome at Bavarian and the agent basically said they are competitors and I should take it there .

I bought a M4 from JKC and recently a 1 series from Country garage based on the colour which you did not have also I purchased a 4 series from BMW Bolton and if you check back with Mark Mills diary you will see I purchased ( not leased) 3 brand new BMWs over the last 20 years and my Business partner X5 and 3 series brand new , nearly £250k of sales with BMW and all serviced at Bavarian Belfast due to my location.
I also requested the service video for my recent visit twice , still not sent.

Service and updates through the day are second to none, car cleaned and ready before expected time/date.

From my initial contact Philip contacted me without delay with a very comprehensive video of my potential mini. He arranged for me to come to the showroom and test drive the mini. Presentation of the mini was excellent. It was immaculate and the body work gleaming. The showroom is dog friendly so my dog was made to feel right at home on every visit. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nadine in finance made the buying process very easy and I was fully informed throughout the buying process. I have taken ownership of my beautiful 60th edition mini. I will certainly be recommending Bavarian mini as the high level of customer care is greatly appreciated during the process of car buying as it can be a stressful time selecting and buying a car. Philip looked after me throughout and his knowledge and expertise was greatly appreciated. He kept in touch throughout the process and was always available to answer any concerns I had.

Communication with the service contact was excellent ,Christoper Ruddy was in contact to ensure we had no delays and to be honest made my whole experience simple and smooth .
The car was ready as planned and I was on my way without delay ,I also received a video of the vehicle inspection which was comprehensive and reassuring .

The staff at Volkswagen were incredibly kind, helpful and professional. They explained each step and provided us with the information we needed to make the best decision.
