They cancelled my appointment last…
They cancelled my appointment last minute and had no other consultants to stand in. They are very busy and can't get appointments when you want it as simply take on any insurance cases to fill their diaries. They are recommended by insurers and i have no idea why? The clinic is very basic and not very clean. They have a non-existent booking system and no replies to emails and they like suddenly responding on whats app. No receptionist or coordination and frustrating. Not a professional outfit and much better physios locally.
