The staffs from After.com initially responded your call & your need in a timely manner which impressed me the most. Isaac reached out to me the next morning after my late husband was transferred to their funeral home. He was very kind, respectable, courteous, knowledge and very patient with me when I was in deep sorrow after losing my loved one. He walked me through every step of the ways to get all the necessary important paperwork done correctly proceeded the cremation for my husband, giving me help, hope and belief that everything would be OK with the great service that Isaac provided. The day before yesterday I received the welled packages from After.com, it proved the great value & care they showed to their client, I can’t say thank you enough for Isaac & the team work from After.com, the good service which gave me a peace of mind when I am in the most difficult time of my life. I highly recommend After.com to everyone.

People's attitudes, emotions, and behaviors are irrational. Unfortunately, in your position I'm sure you deal with that all frequently. I want to thank you! When you lose a loved one, having to deal with things like this is such a painful task. After did such an amazing job from start to finish. Thank you all so much for the excellent care that was given to our family during this time. I can’t say enough good things about the communication that we received and how fast the turnaround time was for everything.

Still a HORRIBLE Company!!! After nearly two months after my mom's passing we found out that After.com failed to order our Death Certificates that we paid for in advance. I wrote a review on Septmber 11, 2025 that garnered an immediate response after weeks of being ignored. I was told that a credit would be issued for the Death Certificates. As of this posting, no credit has been given. We now have filed a complaint with our credit card company. This company just won't let us move on and grieve the loss of our mom. Pay the extra money and use someone else! STAY AWAY!

Customer Service was great Rep followed up and help walk thru the signing process.

When my brother was on Hospice I had to chose and afterlife service. After.com was recommended to me and I was glad I chose them. Their service was seamless, just what we needed and nothing extra. They were thoughtful and efficient. I have since signed up for myself and my husband. I would definitely consider their service.

Great experience, Iva helped me navigate it with great ease. She answered all of my questions and was very kind and helpful.

Everyone at After.com was compassionate, professional, and knowledgable. Even after most of the process was complete, they have been free with their time and sharing information we still need, even if it's not directly from their company (e.g., time until death certificates arrive from the State of California).
