Best shampoo on the market imo
Have been using these products on my 2C/3A hair for years. Incredible quality and performance. I have yet to find a better shampoo that cleans without drying my hair and the conditioner is a staple for me now.

Completly in love with this brand
My hair and I, are DEEPLY in love this range of products. But we have a soft spot for the moisturizing spray & cream. The haïr conditionner is BOMB as well.

Misuse of my data
I initially had no major issues with this company after shopping with them some time ago. However, my trust in them has completely evaporated due to their appalling misuse of customer data. Without my consent, they signed me up for their newsletter, which I never asked for or wanted. I’ve gone out of my way to unsubscribe, sent emails, texts, and even called them to remove me from their mailing list. Yet, despite all this, I woke up this morning to yet another unwanted email.
This blatant disregard for customer privacy and repeated intrusion is beyond frustrating. It feels like my efforts to resolve this directly were completely ignored. Now I’ve been left with no choice but to leave this negative review and block them entirely. The whole experience has been exhausting, and I will never shop with them again.

Excellent quality of products and range
Excellent quality of products and range of hair care. The set I bought was perfect for wash days. I was also happy to receive a beautiful printed fabric bag with my purchase. The quality of the container’s in particular the shampoo bottle could be improved. However, the purchase was great value and I would recommend.

Love the products, in particular the moisturiser which is light and non-greasy and the scalp of which I also use on my daughters hair to keep it healthy.

Quick update on my previous review 4 days ago. I agree with some reviewers re ultra hydrating hair spray bottle. The spray top gets stuck when you press it & as your hands are wet from using the cream, it’s very awkward to pull the spray top up to continue using it. I now resort to pouring the cream in my hand to use which renders the spray mechanism useless. Not sure if I had a dodgy bottle but still not good. Please look at this and whether a different spray system can be used.

Love my Afrocenchix products
This hair care company is the best one I’ve found that works so well for my hair and scalp. Having psoriasis on my scalp is annoying and can be crazy itchy. I use their Sheen, Seal and Smooth trio. I’ve been using these for probably over 2 years now. I’ll continue to use these awesome products as long as my scalp lets me. And I love that the scents are chokingly overpowering.

Good product awful bottles!
The product contains to be great however the new bottles are awful and you can barely get the moisture, shampoo or conditioner out!
