I have been facing difficulties…
I have been facing difficulties resolving a transaction issues for $1000 since Sept. 9, 2026. My US bank, Santander confirmed that the $1000 was sent to Lead Bank that I use to fund my Africhange account. Email communication through your team support is a nightmare. We have been sending emails back and forth without any resolution. It would be better and straightforward if Africhange can have a contact phone number for easier conversation.

Their rates are good and more…
Their rates are good and more competitive in the market, however their transaction times are slow. I will not recommend them as once they have a downtime it takes ages for your transaction to go through and will be on processing for up to 48 hrs. This is very frustrating especially when you need money sent urgently. Their resolution for these pending transaction is also quite crappy. Takes ages to get feedback about the status of your transaction and they keep making excuses about it being from their partners! There are better platforms to be honest, and I will not recommend Africhange.

The transfer of 500$ I did since…
The transfer of $500 i did on September 2, 2026 had issue which i report to the customer service team. They tried as much as possible to resolve the issue as quick as they can. After some back and forth the recipient got her money and everyone was finally happy.
The customer service team were polite and helpful.

I had an excellent customer service…
I had an excellent customer service experience when my transfer from my bank to my wallet didn’t go through. I had allowed Africhange some time to fix that but when the money wasn’t still deposited, I reached out to the customer service team. The money promptly deposited and I was advised soon after.
