Account activation
I have signed on for some time and still haven't been able to use the account. I initiated a chat and 2 days after, its still trying to connect me to someone to chat with. Account is still pending.
Someone from the team got back to me same day (09/04/2026)and issues were resolved immediately. I am happy about this.

I’ve had a really good experience with Africhange so far. Their service is fast, reliable, and very easy to use, which makes sending money completely stress-free.
One thing I really appreciate is that they offer some of the best exchange rates for Naira compared to other platforms I’ve used. It actually makes a noticeable difference, especially when sending larger amounts.
What stood out to me the most was their customer support. Emmanuel reached out and took the time to speak with me, which shows they genuinely care about their users, something you don’t see often with financial services.
