AE - just amazing, all the teachers are great, syllabus, the hard work they are doing for students, every single penny worth it. never denied to help, doesn't matter how many times your child needs help, they do one to one guidance if your child finds some topics hard. My daughter was in Jacqui Turner's class, what an amazing teacher! Jacqui is great influence and I believe she is one of those life time best rare teacher whom you have in your life if you are lucky and we are with Jacqui. The education is great at AE, syllabus, material, books, exams, tests unbelievable hard work they do. Sometimes as parent you feel tired with the hard work they do. So I strongly recommend AE tuition. We had great experience of education at AE both the years.

We started with AE online tuitions in year 5. Yes our target schools were all super selective. We heard mixed reviews but still believed that we are taking right decision to go ahead with AE. We are very delighted that we took this correct decision which has changed our life. Our daughter is being offered a place in one of the top raked grammer school in UK.

AE has a lot of homework, but at the end it’s all worth it. We just need to trust this process. Keep working hard each day and stay focused. We strongly believe, It’s not just Tutions who can do wonders. But it’s the joint effort of parents and Child too.

AE provides with top class educational material, Test packs and everything we needed to prepare her for. I am very pleased, the time and effort Dr. Stephen Curran has put to develop material and his expertise on preparing children for most competitive exam of 11+. This is really excellent 🙏 Thank you Dr. Stephen Curran.

We are forever grateful and thank you for everything AE Tution’s 💖💐

My experience with AE Tuition has been brilliant - my 2 sons have attended their centre for the year 4 and 5 11+ courses over the past 4 years. The course materials are fantastic, the teachers have been phenomenal, the additional support sessions have been invaluable, the advanced maths and creative English summer courses have been amazing - my boys started with no knowledge of any 11+ work and have left with amazing 11+ knowledge which reflects in their exam results. I cannot recommend AE Tuition enough for it's 11+ course! These guys know what they're doing!!! Keep it up!
I'll be back in a couple of years when my little one is ready for her 11+ journey! Thank you for everything!

As a parent, I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible experience my child has had at AE tuition. Our child has excelled beyond our expectations, the transformation has been truly remarkable.

First and foremost, the teachers here are outstanding a special shout out for Claire Castell. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that concepts are not only understood but also mastered. The personalised attention given to each child is commendable, creating an environment where they feel valued and supported.

Moreover, the curriculum is well-structured and tailored to meet the 11plus exam needs. There is a deeper comprehension of all subjects; English, Maths, VR and NVR which helps a child understand the subject easily. My child has not only improved academically but also developed a love for learning, which is priceless.

The communication with the centre is seamless. They keep parents informed about their child's progress, areas of improvement, and any concerns promptly. This transparency builds trust and reassurance, knowing that they are invested in the success of every student.

Furthermore, the facilities are conducive to learning, providing a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. The resources available are extensive (textbooks, test packs, etc), aiding in comprehensive learning experiences.

In summary, AE tuition has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent seeking quality education and individualised attention for their child. Thank you to the entire team for making such a positive impact on my child's academic journey.

My son attended the year 5 11+ course and the scholarship course at AE Tuition between Sept 2022-Dec 2023. The teaching, senior guidance and course content were fantastic and my son achieved excellent exam results, securing offers from Queen Elizabeth school, Barnet and some top performing private schools, including Haberdashers’ Boys’ School and City of London School.

My daughter went to the Year 5 one year 11+ course at the Feltham branch with her teacher Ms Harinder Randhawa. If you are a parent like me who was clueless about the entire 11+ process before starting, then AE tuition is the place for you. We received a good foundation in the initial few months. The teaching materials are very good and the weekly tests keeps you on track. We only did the homework given until the first mock test in May , after that we redid the previous books and also dedicated an hour two days a week to spent time on creative writing and comprehension. My daughter got through the slough consortium and the Sutton schools with flying colours and we finally got offered our first choice, Tiffin girls last week.

My son has been going to AE for a few weeks now, but there are a few things I would like to address. One of them being how fast the teacher is in teaching the children. As we are allowed to go in the classroom thirty minutes before the class finishes, I went to see how the class is, and found how fast paced the class actually is. There is nothing wrong with how the teacher is teaching, other than the fact that she barely has any time to properly explain things. Most of the kids are learning new things, so they need time to absorb things. But the class is so fast paced, that I got a headache in only thirty minutes listening to the teacher talk non stop. The thing is that its not the teachers fault either, I mean they only have three hours in the entire week to explain the homework to the kids, so they have to keep on going. But for the kids this is like torture, the teacher talking non stop for three hours, without any break, is pure torture for them. When I brought this topic up with the teacher, she just said "it is how it is" and "they will soon get use to it" but I doubt they will understand anything properly. I personally thing AE should have at least two sessions in a week, so the teacher have enough time to explain each topic properly, and the kids will have time for at least a ten minutes break.

Another thing I wanted to talk about is how AE don't really teach anything to the kids, sure they explain the homework to them, but it's mostly the parents teaching it and also marking the work. To be honest, I am paying £315 a month, plus £250 deposit for just the books. Referring to my previous point, the teachers don't have enough time for the kids, they are just rushing to give the kids all the homework they have for the week. So they kids half way through the class lose their focus and become hungry, so they don't understand what the teacher is saying.

So to summarise my point I think AE should have more then one session a week, so the kids can actually understand the work they are given.

AE Tuition was exceptionally good, very professional, well organized and the teaching materials supplied are of a high standard.

We were very satisfied with Pina Danagher's mentoring approach; she is very kind, and always explains everything descriptively and clearly. She cares about students, coaches children efficiently, effectively, and genuinely wants them to succeed.

Thank you for teaching my kid to get into grammar school and we are truly grateful to you.

My son is in Year 4 tuition class ! I must say we as parents have seen a massive improvement in our son’s performance both in school and AE. Ms Sam Islam is an absolutely fantastic teacher at Slough centre ! Her style of teaching is commendable. She makes sure kids are focused and attentive in the class . Her little tricks n tips at answering questions are fabulous. My son absolutely adores Sam a s his teacher . We have enrolled him again in Sams class for Year 5. Thank you AE.

7 years ago AE tuition helped my eldest son to get his grades, now he’s doing medicine.

Last year my second son passed 11+ exams, AE helped lots to get his target scores. I would recommend anyone to enrol their kids, but parents should follow the teacher’s advice to get the target. Good luck.

I am very grateful for AE Tuition for all the hard work with Dominik and a lot of support that was provided to Dominik and the family during the year of him attending AE. He has passed all the exams that he was planning to take and got in the grammar school of his choice! Thank you very much again!

I am recommending AE to every one I know!

My son joined the 9 month course in Y5 late (from March) and although at many points success felt unattainable, we persevered, saw an improvement in test marks and ultimately achieved success in the 11 plus exam. The course’s well structured and systematic approach, as well as the extensive range of course materials (including the test packs and mock exams) helped immensely. We were well supported throughout. I would highly recommend AE Tuition without hesitation, just as it was recommended to me.

Simran had 11+ tuitions with AE in Year 4 & Year 5. She passed all of her tests with flying colors, A Big Thank you to AE and the teachers for all the help in Simran's success. Without AE's structured approach and teacher's dedication, It wasn't possible for Simran to achieve such good results. We cannot thank you enough.

My daughter got really helpful guide and study materials to attend 11+ exam. She has got good score and got place in Upton Court Grammar school. This school was our 1st preference as our son also going to the same school since 2021. He was also a student at AE tution.

I would wholeheartedly recommend AE Tuition to any parent who want their child to pass the 11plus. They have some of the best tutors and materials for your child to succeed. Thanks

My general feedback is I think the materials you provided were of very high quality and prepared the child in many different aspects. The fact that you offered intensive courses in July and several practice exams in the summer also really helped. I also feel that on parents' side, it took a lot of marking, checking and overall motivating the child to do the work, however, I expected and was ready for that initially. So, in my opinion, you should keep stressing to future parents that it's both sides' project, including the commitment from the whole family.

We are delighted with the outcome of our son's 11 plus exams. Like his big sister, he managed to pull off to one of the top schools with just a year tuition with AE. I would highly recommend AE for their materials, assessments and support. Both our kids attended Jacqui Turner's class. She has done a great job in bringing best out of our kids. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions, we (parents) were not able to attend last 30 minutes of the classes like we did with our daughter. It's during our daughter's classes, we were able to attend and see how it's all done. We were immensely impressed the way the classes were conducted and how she engaged the children with passion and discipline. Thanks so much Jacqui Turner and all the staff members for your valuable support. The kids not only get the knowledge but also get to know the process of achieving something with passion, dedication and discipline. Thank you and all the very best!

We had enrolled our daughter in a 1-year program in prep for 11+ exams. She was successful in that quest and a lot of credit goes to AE in that regard. We all need to understand however that AE is not a magic wand and it's a journey that requires dedication from parents as well - to be able to motivate and persist the child through the rigor. I'd suggest the classroom option as that way you can leverage the AE teachers' and assistants' help and guidance in the most direct way. AE gives a lot of stress on foundational concepts instead of straightaway getting to practice papers and such.

Really great experience, however, it was initially difficult choice to commit to commuting all the way from Hampshire to Slough every week, my son has secured the places at all the desired schools that were also reflected in AE Test assessments. my son's teacher was Claire Castell, one of the really great teachers who provides honest feedback and assists where to focus more.
My suggestion to AE is to focus more on getting test assessments/ tasks more on the electronic platforms to make it easier for parents to quickly view and provide feedback / ask any queries, etc.
overall great experience.
