Aerodynamic matters
as my previous, I’ve found my choices interesting, very! Improving aerodynamic on a bike and good capabilities. A good experience! I’ll ask Aero Gain for future options

If I could I would give 0 stars... Realy bad costumer service when you claim a product from them... Also after just one week mij BTA spacer mount was broken... I filed the claim and no respons back...

I orderder a wrong size of the BTA plate and wanted to exchange it. I contacted them about it, but didn't get an answer. Now I'm stuck in the return portal because it doesn't generate a return label and time is running out to send it. With a race coming up this is a very bad situation. Very bad customer service...

We have indeed just set up a new return portal, and we are having some issues with generating labels in some countries, including Belgium. We are doing our best to keep up with all enquiries, but we have experienced a big surge In orders lately and are doing our best to keep up.

No word from AeroGain after ordering
I ordered a BTA system, and contacted Aerogain first about the compatibility of it. They assured me I could exchange for a different mount in case it didn't fit.
Weeks later, after I sent them emails and used the online form, I got zero answers from them. Plus, the exchange form doesn't work, and the defective product form fails when trying to upload a photo.
I am now stuck with a product that doesn't work on my bike, with a windtunnel test coming up and a race right after and no word from Aerogain.

Still haven’t received the item. It’s been nearly a month since I ordered. They said it was shipped but still don’t have the items I ordered.

Defective product and no response to damage claim
The computer mount I ordered broke during its very first ride, causing my Garmin Edge 530 to fall and be completely destroyed. I submitted a warranty and damage claim via their website two weeks ago and have received no response whatsoever. Very disappointing product quality and even more disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Different materials used
Different parts of the assembly are composed of different materials. Therefore you get a color difference and the individual parts don’t align. For this price I would have expected a seamless fit. Now it looks like an assembly of different components that don’t belong together.

Dear Sebastian, We are sorry to hear your experience with this. We have indeed recently switched to a new material supplier, with optimized material properties. This does however mean that for a short period we had parts made from the two different suppliers in stock. If you would like to have a single finish, you are welcome to get in touch, and we will of course exchange the parts in black to parts made of the new material in dark grey.
