Good communication. Satisfactory resolve to a problem. Would recommend buying from them again.

Comande expediée avec plus d'un mois et demi de retard.
A la réception :
- absence du livret d'utilisation;
- absence de la facture;
- multiples écaillures sur le réservoir situé sous le canon qui lui n'est pas vissé correctement puisque mobile. (pour un article nommé neuf...)
- et produit défectueux puisque la carabine pcp présente une fuite d'air.
Service commercial : réactif.
Pour le SAV: j'attends toujours. E-mail avec vidéo envoyé le jour même de la réception de ce produit (23/01/2025) et je n'ai toujours reçu aucune réponse.

Le 30/01/2025: mail de rappel envoyé et toujours aucune réponse.

Le 31/01/2025: Email de Trustpillot. A la lecture de cet avis, AEA Airguns Shop demande que je fournisse "plus de details pour comprendre mon expérience". Il s'agit de transmettre mon nom, numéro de facture et numéro de téléphone...

Le 03/02/2025: toujours sans nouvelle d'où litige PayPal. En attente.

Le 24/03/25: remboursement effectué. Dossier PayPal clos.

I bought the AEA compressor with the DRY-PAC in November 2024. Connecting the tube coming from the compressor to the hose of the DRY-PAC, the thread does not fit. It has been 5 weeks now that I cannot use my brand new compressor, as the support for whatever reasons ask more questions, offer me to send back everything or tell me they could not figure out the problem. It's insane: I made fotos, exactly showing where the problem is, I ask them to send a tube with a fitting hose - NOTHING!!!
The support is sooo bad, it's mind blowing. I just don't understand their behaviour... I am super frustrated.

Mi experiencia no fue del todo buena.
Compre un rifle de aire que no estaba en stock, tras varios mensajes meses despues me dijeron que tenian un problema en la importacion y no podian conseguirla. Me costo contactar un poco con ellos pero al final por las molestias causadas, me enviaron rapidamente un rifle de categoria superior por un poco extra. Parecen gente profesional, creo que yo tuve mala suerte con mi pedido

Fantastic communication through WhatsApp and all my questions were answered. The airgun I wanted was a pre-order and was delivered earlier than promised. It was discounted on Black Friday and even though I'd already paid, they refunded me to the discounted price. Delivered by DHL with no issues at all. Would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Very good service! There was some delay in the shipment, but this is due to the busy time of the courier companies during the holidays

I am in desperate need of a replacement fill whip hose and I only get a response to a couple of emails then I hear nothing back. I CANNOT use the compressor.

Please help!!!

No response to my inquury as to why the valve pin i purchased for the AEA Terminator does not work in my gun. Spent 82$ on tgis valve pin and air now leaks out of the barrel when its installed.
