Five stars for the very good development of the purchase, the notifications of purchase, payment and shipping, the best service impossible. Also the transport is fast and free, which can compensate for the acquisition prices that are higher than in other places for the same product.
I deduct two stars for the lack of instruction manual, link to download instructions or video instructions that instruct how the purchased products work. Emails or the form on the same website, where you can ask for help, remain unanswered. In short, a disastrous advice.
I recommend this website for those who have previous knowledge of the product they bought, for beginners it is better to try a place with better after-sales assistance.

Carabine commandée en octobre 2024, délai de livraison 1 mois. La carabine est arrivée défectueuse. 4 mois de délai avec plusieurs mails de réclamation. Une étiquette de retour début février 2025, depuis aucune nouvelle 1000 euros la carabine!!!
C'est une honte !!
