Recently purchased my new INEOS Grenadier from Adventure Automotive and the whole experience was great from start to finish.

A big thank you to Will, who was knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. He made the process straightforward and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure.

I've already had the Grenadier out green laning and on MTB adventures, and it's exceeded all expectations.

The handover was great, communication was spot on, and it's clear the team genuinely care about their customers and the INEOS brand.

If you're considering a Grenadier, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adventure Automotive.

This dealership sold me a faulty vehicle and has done very little to resolve the issue. Their after-sales department has been unhelpful, disorganized, and difficult to deal with throughout the process.
When you spend a significant amount of money on a vehicle, you expect a certain level of customer care and support, especially when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
I cannot speak for how other customers are treated, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of accountability and support has not only affected my opinion of this dealership but has also negatively impacted my perception of INEOS as a brand.

Lewis went above and beyond throughout the entire process, grafting out of hours and even on his days off to ensure the sale of my car was completed within some very tight timelines. His dedication, professionalism, and commitment to customer service were exceptional from start to finish.

The sale was handled by Lewis, who we would highly recommend. He offered us a great deal on the new vehicle/part exchange package. The Grenadier Fieldmaster was delivered on time and we had a thorough handover session with him, despite it being his day off, so that we could get to know the finer details of the vehicle. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the team around Lewis, particularly the after sales team and the company's managing director who came to speak to us and thank us for the purchase.

Lewis accompanied my wife and I on a test drive of the Belstaf edition of the Grenedier last week. From the moment we turned up, we were very well looked after. The vehicle and its controls were all very well explained and we both had a great test drive on both the highway and local green lane. A very competent vehicle, just too big for town living. We keenly await the release of the Fusilier.

Lewis and the team did an amazing job of looking after me from the first enquiry, right up to the delivery of my new Grenadier this week.
Every step of the way was made simple and Lewis was incredibly helpful with all the millions of questions I had.
Only a couple of days in, but it already feels like investing in this car had been the absolute right choice.

Kirsty and the team did a terrific job of squeezing in the diary some maintenance work for my Grenadier. In addition to the scheduled work, they also checked for all other known niggles that have arisen in the last six months. There was great communication and they were very thorough in their work, as always.

The team at Adventure Automotive provided an excellent service, despite being under pressure as one of the few surviving Ineos dealers. They delivered on time and for a reasonable cost. 5 stars well deserved…

Lewis Todd provided outstanding advice and service well beyond the call of duty, advising me personally on the whole Grenadier range and even helping me with a purchase that may not fall within his group. Firstly having now done some off roading in the vehicle I have to say Im very impressed with the Ineos Grenadier and how capable it is. Full marks. Secondly, on a recent service visit my issue was dealt with very quickly and professionally, thanks to some great customer service from the team. Couldn't have been more helpful... and they kept me informed throughout the whole process as well.

From start to finish, Kirsty and the AA team were great. Can’t have been easy dealing with orders for a new vehicle from a totally new manufacturer. Service has been excellent.

Olly's service was insane. I have worked in sales for a long time. I can tell when someone wants to actually help me and it isn't just about the commission. He worked fast, got me everything I needed to know and generally impressed by the car. He listened to what I needed.
