Good company to deal with. Prices are very competitive. User friendly web site makes ordering easy. They find correct battery required and use a first class delivery service. Should you have a legit problem with the battery they will replace, no questions asked.
This is the fourth time I have used ABS and have no complaints. Will use again.

I haven't dealt with this company as of yet I am looking to buy a couple of leisure batteries but looking at the bad reviews they all seem to be along the same lines, so it leaves me wondering about the good reviews. The the replies from abs are also very short and unpleasant which also backs up the bad review complaints about customer service. I am/was a potential new customer but unlike most people I check out companies I haven't dealt with before to see what they are like and these bad reviews have me a little concerned. They all seem to tie together and the lack of replies, empathy and understanding to them is very poor. If I owned ABS and it had reviews like this I would be working hard to correct the issues and replying to as many good/bad reviews as possible because people do check reviews and no customers = no company. I don't think I will be purchasing from ABS.

Ordered Bosch S4013 replacement battery for my vehicle in Feb 2022 as existing battery had been in use for 5 years. ABS promised next day delivery but after many phone calls and emails it finally arrived a week late. Car ran but starting was sometimes an issue. Vehicle was not used over Christmas period so I was not surprised or overly concerned when I found the battery flat. However this 11 month old battery would not take charge from the home charger whereas the 5 year old battery it replaced would. I contacted ABS and Bosch regarding the issue and ran the vehicle on the 5 year old battery until the replacement battery I had ordered arrived. On the advice of ABS I put its battery in for a health check at a local garage. The tester recorded a reading of 607 (rather than the rated 800) and stated that the battery should be replaced. A copy of the printout was sent to ABS but they still insisted this was normal and not grounds for a Warranty claim. Perhaps grounds to avoid at all costs.

I would highly recommend ABS Batteries, great selection of batteries from budget brands to higher spec, very competitive (cheapest online from what I found), quick postage, totally hassle free. I will be purchasing again from this company, Seth satisfied overall, thank you

Admitted - the price and delivery is worth 5 stars. However, if you have a problem with the battery they supply - forget it. The warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. They asked to see a battery test report from kwik-fit, halfords etc. which they deemed as unacceptable despite stating "Replace Battery" due to the CCA being at 330 from 540. Apparently this is normal wear and tear and also acceptable for batteries to discharge over 3 days despite the cars charging system being ok. The excuses given why it's always the customers fault are generic. They turn a bit nasty once you get them on the phone, stay well away from them, pay a couple of quid more and buy a branded battery elsewhere and not their own brand, sub-standard rubbish.

Sportage battery failed 29-12-2022 on last day of holiday. Ordered from abs online at 14.15 and found it waiting for me in my porch the next day having struggled the 243 miles home with jump leads in readiness. Thank you ABS for being so reliable and having item in stock. (And low priced - 60% of what I was quoted while away and then there was no stock.)

Ordered the battery Wednesday morning - arrived before lunch Thursday. Great service and looks like a great product. Already fitted and working an hour later.

I will definitely not be using this company again. i will admit the pricing is great , but if you have a warranty claim or any other issue with a battery this company does not want to know . I followed all the instructions that i was given from the company and at the end of it was still refused a replacement . There customer service is a disgrace. Stay well clear you have been warned , I still have all the transcript from the emails i sent and received if anyone has any doubts. A shame you have to give a star to write review, otherwise a big fat 0

Very keenly priced for a quality battery with quick delivery included. Replaced original battery perfectly.
Would definitely use this company again.

Battery for golf trolley supplied in double quick time, at a very competitive price, time will tell re quality, but very pleased at moment.

i was a little hesitant to make a purchase looking at the amount of negative trust pilot reviews so made a test purchase of one item. I can say i didn't have any problems at all with ABS batteries and received my purchase very quickly. The item itself was as described and probably the most affordable i have seen. quality does exceed its price tag meaning i shall return for more of the same as my needs grow.

brought a battery in May, all fine, started having issues and they could not be less helpful. Be careful ppl, you may end up stranded at the side of the road with a guarantee on the battery that isn't worth the bit of paper its written on!! Will be contacting trading standards on this occasion as their response is exasperating!!

Decent batteries. Good prices. Pretty good customer-service, too. But I got royally screwed about by their use of DX Express as courier - a quick look at DX's own reviews could have avoided that.

Ended up after the best part of a week wasted in frustration *borrowing* another vehicle, and going to the DX depot to pick them up myself... only to discover the batteries had been damaged in transit; presumably why all the lies and delays.

As much as ABS's customer-service were responsive and professional, I wasn't really happy - ultimately - with the amount of extra ballache involved in what was suggested in terms of remedy or compensation.

Wish I could give them no stars. I bought a leisure battery for my caravan, bearing in mind I have been a caravan-er for more than 30+ years and within 6 months it failed. I contacted them to explain the problem and got a constant list of excuses why I had caused the problem. There was no attempt by them to emphasise with the problem or even acknowledge that it could be a faulty battery - it was all my fault.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY - I CERTAINLY WONT BE - USELESS

Oh dear after over a year I now get a response. Firstly, I am not expressing "anger" I am expressing frustration by your customer service team. Secondly, despite you knowing nothing about me, I am an engineer and fully understand how batteries work. The battery was faulty and would not take a charge. If your team had offered a test as you suggest as standard then there would have been no problem. However, I received no options and your colleague was blaming me at each turn.
I bought a replacement from my local caravan dealer for a better price and it works fine. Plus any issues, they will deal with locally with friendly service.
I will never use your business again end of!
