Car Battery Market Anmeldelser

Arrived the next day , was the cheapest battery in the market!

Very quick delivery of my motorhome leisure battery.Good communication from them, would definitely use them again.

Easy to use website, great price, no problem in ordering the right battery for my pickup.
Arrived a couple of days later well packaged.
Would recommend to anyone needing a battery

Good price, quick delivery.Packed well

BUT

Completely wrong car battery sent.
You cannot get through on the phone and the returns/dispute form is ridiculous to complete.

They should be resolving their error not me.
I don't have a good feeling that this will be resolved.

The battery supplied was exactly as advertised. Order placed at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and battery arrived 8am the following morning. Cannot get better than this.

The service I got from the battery company was very good but the courier use DX couldn't have done the worst job if they tried

The product and price was great but the delivery service they used and i paid for was rubbish, annoying and stressful. Not just they sent me false notification but they also delivered the item to wrong address. eventually, i have received it but what a battle

Needed some information regarding my purchase , only to be told to get in touch with the manufacturer, I asked them for there contact details , they said they didn't know , poor show from customer services.

Delivery arrived damaged and as the contents of the delivery included liquids, the label was soaked and useless. They claim the cannot send me a replacement of the damaged item , not a label to send the damaged item back since i cannot provide them with the label. Nonsense

Good price. Delivery faster than expected and so well packed. Battery as described and the options were great. Will use again. Thank you

A very nice battery. I’ve bought Bosch batteries many times and they are always reliable. Good delivery time too. Car Battery Market are a super outlet.

The Battery I bought was very good, they were let down by the delivery. The item I bought turned up a week late even though I paid extra for next day delivery, then it was left outside the gate where I found it at 7.30.

Quick and easy to order and the transaction was very smooth delivery was ultra quick and arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus.

Victron was recommended to me and I went on to the internet to buy 2 charge controllers. There was a competitive price from Car Battery Market. Expensive but supposedly good quality.
I placed the order and paid. I received several e-mails including that they were getting the order ready to ship and included a copy of the invoice. I then got an e-mail saying the order had been refunded and I see they have put their prices up. I contacted them and they have tried to claim there is no contract between us!
Now i have to go through the performance of taking them to HMCTS to get them to honor the contract we have. What is the matter with these on line rip off companies.
UPDATE: Car battery Market is NOT an approved Victron UK distributor. That says it all.

I needed a new battery and asked ChatGPT to find me a local supplier, which it quickly did. Then I asked it if it could find it cheaper anywhere else, and it found this site which was £30 cheaper. I didn't ask for next day delivery, but it arrived the following day anyway. First class.

Delivered as promised, fitted as described, just put in your reg, and it sorts it all out for you.
Can't fault the whole process from ordering to delivery.

Excellent service, product range and price. Highly recommended

Excellent service, easy to use website and great delivery and prices.
Would use again and highly recommend.
