Good product, helpful staff and quick delivery

Ordered an item and paid extra for delivery within 3days. 4 days later RM tracking still shows that they are expecting to receive the item.
Company phone number is never answered.
Live chat experience was just horrible, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Left waiting for over twenty minutes followed by a text chat with a rude and unapologetic, nameless person.
This is a dreadful level of after-sales support and I won’t be a returning customer.
I work for a company which prides itself on delivering great customer service and we are always looking for examples of both good and bad bad from which we can learn. Adore golf grips has provided me with a great example of terrible customer service which I can now share.

I placed an order today for a product that wasn’t listed as ‘out of stock’, Andy from AGG promptly contacted me via email to apologise and swiftly provided me with a substitute to be dispatched the same day.

Great product range and support. I placed an order and then needed to cancel unfortunately, due to my own reasons, they were super helpful, cancelled and refunded my order straight away.
I will be using them for more grips in the near furture.

Bought chamois grips from adoregolfgrips.com, not advertised that they have only half the adhesion surface of normal grips so when used under a reasonably fast swing speed they twist and almost come off. Paid a professional twice to fit these before realising the problem, was completely palmed off by customer service and had to ask several times for a resolution after giving evidence of issue and contact details if experienced pga pro who picked up the fault. Exhausted through endless back and forth over several weeks, getting the old “we sell hundreds of these grips a week and never have a problem” reply before being contacted by someone who wanted to “chat” about a resolution when I informed them of a review being left and not wishing to prolong the argument, despite me stating from the start that although I had the evidence to return all equipment, would not be seeking a full cash refund. Gave up on waiting for them to do the decent thing. Would never use again, much better suppliers around at cheaper prices with real customer service.

Absolutely shocking I placed a order on the 7 Feb we are now on the 25 Feb I have emailed no quick response still have not received my item no reply for a refund would not recommended

Made a mistake ordering, emailed to ask if it could be rectified, and was absolutely no problem for them to change to the grips I wanted , very pleased and I totally recommend them highly

Be aware that if anything goes wrong with your order, it is unlikely that this company will do anything to assist or resolve the issue. In addition, if you purchase via eBay, they will leave a wholly misleading response to any feedback left, typically responding to the effect that “amateur club builder, didn’t know what they were doing”, notwithstanding many years experience in club building and the fact that I have assistants local PGA pro in various tasks. They obviously carry a large stock and if things go well, everything will be fine. But be aware they are very defensive and unhelpful if not.
