It really is very good overall as a cleaner , it doesn’t smear as much as Purdy and Fig on windows, but does smear too. I find both better using a wet cloth with it first then a dry cloth over and saves the solution too. It doesn’t last as long and Purdy and Fig and the smell is no where near as strong after and using. The Birchwood smells of men’s aftershave which is nice. If sprayed on sticky Cellotape and let it soak it does remove sticky marks.

The customer service is brilliant…
The customer service is brilliant couldn’t fault them as arrived with two of the fragrances smashed as quite thin glass and not secured very well they were fantastic and sorted asap, I use P&F usually but wanted to give them a go the scents are beautiful and clean really well so can’t fault that however only thing I will say as the scents don’t last as long as the other brand I use I can’t smell them after a while however no negatives because the scent is lovely and it works would just prefer a longer lasting fragrance or even stronger scent in them

Lovely product
Lovely product. Some of the sences are quite masculine. And I don't find them lasting. They do clean nicely though. No smears on glasses which is brilliant also cleaned water marks well. Thank you for sustainable product!

I really like the fact that you can…
I really like the fact that you can send back the containers to be reused, this is important to me.
The scent is really nice, not overpowering but fresh and clean. The product itself works well and I am pleased with the result. Overall this does what it says and is also eco friendly, unlike another brand I was buying and getting annoyed at having to recycle the little glass bottles which were perfectly able to be reused.
