The smell doesn’t last longer than 5 mins and it certainly doesn’t clean properly imo . Buy essential oils that you like add white vinegar and water and save yourself a fortune , and the smell does last .

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, Emma.
Unfortunately, your order had already been processed and dispatched by our fulfilment centre before we were able to stop it, which is why both kits were sent.
That said, we have refunded you in full for the duplicate, and we’re very sorry for the frustration this has caused.
This certainly isn’t the experience we want for our customers, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

I ordered as a gift for my friend
I ordered as a gift for my friend. The package came and straight away, I heard clinking sounds. Opened it up and one of the glass bottles with fragrance was broken. I emailed and no issues whatsoever. I was sent another package, by 24 hour tracking and received it the next day. My friend is really happy with it. She loves the fragrances.

Faint smell, cleans ok
I’d read that this was comparable with another similar product but the fragrance lasted longer.
There is almost no fragrance, even in its undiluted form the fragrance is very faint. Cleans ok, it’s not a degreaser by any means but it sanitises ok. Nice to try but I won’t be buying again. I’ll stick with the “other” brand
