I did not sign up for a subscription…
I did not sign up for a subscription and trying to cancel and impossible to do so it all very bad of these companies doing this.
I wish to get my subscription cancelled and my credit card removed and is impossible.

Difficult cancelation
Didn't like the smell. Tried to cancel however couldn't find out how to on the website. emailed with no response and attempted to take money out 2 months later.

Very disappointed as I had high hopes…
Very disappointed as I had high hopes for this company. I ordered and paid for two starter kits (one for my daughter). Only one arrived. Chased Adora and finally received second one. However, bottle in second kits has a faulty lid. No response to email or offer of replacement. I have now cancelled subscriptions as my experience has been poor. Would not recommend as clearly customer service is not a priority for Adora.

Smell lovely however
Smell lovely however, they don't last as long as I'd hope and brought next order forward to give them another go.
The bottle is lovely but my spray no longer works.
House does smell lovely though after use

Do Not Waste Your Money
Do not waste your money. Hardly has a scent at all . I ordered a one off starter pack and 3 months later they took money from my account again. Stay well away from this company

Our Starter Kit does include an ongoing refill subscription, with refills typically sent every 90 days as outlined on the product page and at checkout.
In terms of the scent, our formulas are designed to provide a more subtle, refined fragrance rather than overpowering synthetic smells, but we understand this may not meet everyone’s preference.

Product arrived broken, no fault of Adora. Customer service was wonderful sent a new package which arrived following day have been cleaning ever since it smells wonderful.

Minimal scent
Great packaging excited to try but disappointed. Scents are of course subjective but I sprayed twice as much as rival company and scent was so minimal in comparison. Would not try again sorry.
