Instantly returned a poor quality dress via USPS with tracking as recommended. The return address they have is basically fake and doesn't receive packages. They say you can't get a return if they don't receive it. USPS said it isn't eligible for redelivery at the address and it was not secure enough to leave. The package is available for post office pickup which they are are avoiding. The reality is they avoid it to keep your money. They had the nerve to ask for a customer review and send marketing materials. I have posted on their social media and reported them to my credit card.save yourself the trouble.

They offered free 2 day shipping and my package was delivered in 2 days. Fast service, good prices and their quality is better than most brands I know of. Highly recommend!

Botanical skirt and Calla crop-top. The amount of compliments I received wearing this matching set is crazy. I never leave a review for any brand but the entire time I was in Positano omg… I knew I must do something. Everywhere I went, people stared at me and it made me feel so good. I hope they will make more of this because I will definitely buy more.

It's amazing how fast the shipping was. I ordered on Friday and I received my package on Monday. They offered free 2-day shipping and 40% off so I thought I should take advantage of the promotion. Love the quality. I'm normally a medium but got a large. They run small. I'm going to Italy this Friday and can't wait!

I bought 3 dresses and one of them was final sale which was non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The girl who helped me on Instagram let me exchange them all for bigger sizes. I didn't expect this bc their company's policy doesn't allow people this. Very happy that they allowed me to exchange my final sale dress. Great quality and good price!

I was skeptical about purchasing bc of their bad reviews but I did anyway bc I fell in love with the Botanical white maxi skirt. I saw many girls wearing it from their tagged photos on Instagram. It’s just as beautiful as pictured. Very happy with my order. I’m going to buy their white crop-top to match and Scilla set too. Summer must-have for you girls! I’m also 105 pounds 5 feet 5 size XS-S.

I absolutely adore their clothes - it's incredible! I bought Verbena matching set and Botanical set because they are super light and fit in my carry on. Currently vaca in Thailand and people give me so many compliments. And I will wear Botanical white set heading to Bali. Thank you so much Adeirlina!

Ordered 2 dresses in size S from this company based on their size chart but they were too small for my hip so I contacted them via email. Took them over one day to get back to me. They said sorry and provided me pre-paid return label and told me once I dropped off the return package, they would send me a new package. So I dropped off my return and then I received another email with a new tracking number. New dresses arrived in less than 3 days. These new dresses in size M fit me a lot better and I was very surprised they sent a new package immediately.

But size up everyone because their dresses are very tiny. Overall highly recommend!

I ordered a dress on May 6, 2023 for $132.50.

The dress did not fit me, so I returned it on June 6, 2023.

On June 13, 2023, I sent an email to Adeirlina “customer service” informing them that my dress had arrived to their returns facility.

On June 16, 2023, they emailed back saying that returns take “up to 14 days to process” - I now realize this was a ploy to keep me hanging on a string and my money in limbo…

I wait 2 weeks and still hear nothing from the company. So I send another email on July 5 and July 7 asking for an update on my refund. They tell me “I’ll coordinate with the Returns team and get back to you as soon as possible.”

Another week goes by, still nothing. So I send ANOTHER email on July 13, 2023 asking for an update on my order asap.

Today is Friday, July 14, 2023, they told me “I'll check again with the Returns team and get back to you on Monday at the latest.”

I have lost my patience with this company. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

An absolute disaster!!

I had genuine questions before I placed an order. As you know with social media, everything is visible nowadays. I saw many negative reviews on the quality and the delivery/returns. I ended up placed my order for a maternity photoshoot and right after I noticed that I was blocked on their instagram page.

A client with genuine questions and concerns gets blocked? What kind of business ethic are these people running. Anyways, I proceed to email them with my order details letting them know that I was blocked but had genuine questions and if I could not receive my order on time, to please let me know because then it would defeat the purpose of receiving the order.

I received an email letting me know my order was cancelled as they have the rights to refuse customers and would be "refunded". Working in the e-commerce industry for a luxury brand, I am extremely appaled at the client experience. Not only do they not care but clearly are running a very shady company.

I have done some digging and also noticed that their products are not "designed" by them and can find the exact same styles elsewhere for a fraction of the cost.

They did me a favor, thank you!

My experience with them the first time was ok. They took more than 2 days to get back to me but my second order came super fast. Literally in just two days with standard shipping. That was supposed to take up to 10 days according to their shipping policy. All of my 3 dresses from their summer collection are lightweight and good quality. Great for travel. It's obvious that they have been improving alot. Will come back for more.

The dress they sent was nice but not as nice as the photo. They asked me to review my order, I did, with photos. It was a good review, I stated that the material looked a lot better in the photo, that’s the only negative thing I said. It’s been a month and they haven’t listed my review, in fact they deleted the previous reviews as well. It’s really unprofessional to not allow your customers to see others reviews of your products. This makes me want to not buy anything else from them.

Refused to refund my order. They are scammers. The customer service is terrible and they will ignore you and do anything to get out of giving your money back. Worst company I have ever done business with.

One dress never came, they don't answer emails, it's impossible to contact them, the other dress did come and it kinda looks like the picture but it just doesn't work somehow, it's kinda messy in real life which is very disappointing, but with some alterations it will do.

Absolute disaster! As said before, the quality of the dresses is so so cheap - now I understand why everything is constantly on sale! I am trying to return my order since two weeks (knowing that I live in Europe and that I have to pay for this return myself…) but it seems that I won’t get an answer from the customer service. Does anyone know the address where I should return this dress?!

Don’t waste your money and time with this company! Purchased a back ordered dress in March and was expected to ship on April 3rd. However, it took 4 weeks for them to ship it out. The dress I received was subpar quality for it to be $100+. In addition to that, you have to pay for your own shipping label to send it back. Unfortunately, I was unsure of where to process my return, but If you need to make a return, head to the “Frequently Asked Questions” and click “Returns/Exchanges.”

Edit: Despite returning the product, I have not received a refund!

Worst company ever!! Don't waste your time.... I ordered an expensive $200+ dress, it was lousy quality and I tried to return it. I organized with them via email a return drop off since the company was located so close to me. Two weeks went by and they ghosted me after I had returned the item and I'm assuming have no intention in fulfilling the refund. After 20 days of no answer I filed a dispute with my bank and will have to receive the money back that way (they then emailed me 20+ days later saying they receive hundreds of emails a day (they fully don't) which is why they haven't responded yet. Avoid!!!!!
