The name, A Day’s March, is an old military term - it's how far an army can move in one single day. Great response from the CS team regarding a question I had about the sizes of the Lynx t-shirt, I believe I spoke to Albert. Very nice guy. Would definitely recommend.

Den sämsta kundservicen jag stött på i Sverige. Var försiktig om du köper något, du kan knappt prova kläderna utan att de nekar returer. De kör sin egen policy och följer inte vad Konsumentverket säger. Jag köpte en av deras dyraste tröjor och var missnöjd med kvalitén på den. Men eftersom jag tagit bort pristaggen så får jag inte returnera den. Vad är det för påhitt och varför kan de inte sätta på en ny prislapp undrar man ju. Suck. Det blir ingen mer shopping från dem tyvärr, det måste vara tryggare för konsumenten att handla. Tror jag kommer anmäla dem till Konsumentverket faktiskt.

The clothes are over priced rubbish & the customer service is even worse (if possible).
A terrible experience from start to finish, one I wouldn't wish on anybody else.
You only have to read the other reviews to appreciate how poor this company is.
Charging premium prices for 2nd rate clothes and a 3rd rate service.

BudBee hurts your brand and experience
Big fan of the products! However, you need to stop using BudBee as an extended part of your brand and experience. They can’t be bothered to deliver - I just had a driver drive right past my house and afterwards sending a text that I was not home. I was standing in the door waiting for him.

Over expensive product and bad material | Best Window Shopping ever, lol .
So I thought one expensive Ada Knitted Rib Dress from Stockholm and I just wore it once. Then I had bit accident that I got small food on my clothes, I ran to rid up them quickly but sadly the stains was left there. I am not recommending you to buy over expensive clothes that it has a similar style like H&M because of the bad quality.

Poor service and shipped to wrong address
Put my current home address in as I ordered an item. However it turns out they use DHL which saves your last shipment address or whatever is tied to your email address. I’ve moved house and haven’t used DHL since early 2020. So they shipped it to my old home address that I haven’t lived in for 2 years. A good few hours drive away. What’s the point in putting my home address down when they’ll just use DHL that saves your old details (without notifying me until it was out for delivery), and making it impossible for the customer (me) to rectify?
Poor service won’t be buying from them again. Especially for how much their items cost.

Lambswool jumper worn through
I've had one of the ADM lambswool sweater for one year and unfortunately it has already worn through on the elbow and created a gaping hole. Pretty gutted about it, as usually their stuff is high quality - I've had cheaper sweaters last much longer!

Great customer service! Bought a pair of pants which unfortunately broke after about five months. A Day's March offered to pay for a tailor to repair them or to ship me a new pair instead.

Very satisfied with my order and the service from A Day’s March. My initial order gone lost because of PostNord, however, the customer service team helped me out and provided a solution just within a matter of hours. I will shop again soon!

Terrible customer service
Clothes are great! Such a shame I will never use this company again.
I bought some clothes in January and was not notified of an extra customers charge, this resulted in me receiving a bill from DHL.
A Day’s March said that they would settle the bill, they didn’t, and now DHL have passé my details for debt collection.
This is absolutely terrible and I am extremely unhappy.

A waste of time.
A waste of time.
I've tried 4 different items from A Day's March. All 4 items resulting in a big disappointment.
As to the handling and garment of the clothes I have nothing bad to say. And the processing of my orders, returns included, was also good.
But the fit of the clothes and the sizing is horrible to say the least. I bought two shirt jackets/overshirts both in size Medium. One was much too big, and seemed most of all like a size XL. The other one was too small, and I couldn't even close it. That is, two Mediums from the same brand!
I've also bought a shirt that was very slim fit. This to the extent that I could barely close it. Despite me having a very slender frame.
I've also bought a merino pullover. The rib at the bottom was so tight that the smallest movement of the upper body would make the rib of the pullover sit at the waist several centimeters above the top of my jeans.
So I've come to the conclusion that A Day's March is a waste of my time. And I'm never doing any business there again.
Worst customer experience 2019... Or wait I'm mean of all time
I have now:
- emailed back and forth 22 times,
- answered you survey
- tried to buy through your online store 4 times
- been to your store at Stureplan, without being able to use my discount from taking your survey
- Got an invoice from Klarna waiting 8 days and then get a message that you can't deliver
- contacting Klarna to delete the invoice
- Asked your customer support 3 times to put me in contact with a manager which he has ignored
- Two weeks ago stopped getting replies from the person I've have been emailing with 22 times, it seems that have gone underground...
- contacted your customer service again hoping that I would get in contact with at new person that actually cared about giving service to the customer. But 7 days later I haven't gotten any answer, althouhg you say that you will answer within 48 hours...
- In total I've been waiting 37 days since I first tried to buy the vest and the hoodie.
I'm not a pleased customer and this is by far the worst treatment I have gotten from any customer service.
I do not recommend anyone buying from A day's march
