I have several products from Acratech and this won't be the last.
I have never bought a product from Acratech that wasn't excellent. Even the 'seconds' items are perfect IMO. Their build quality is incredible and I always feel well cared for when talking with customer service.
Love their products and have at least one item in each of my kits.

I am so sorry, sometimes emails fall through the cracks but we have been working on an answer. I looked up your email from January 5th and saw the photos. Your ballhead has the proprietary Sunway photo ball with a top for their clamp. We have been researching this and have still not found the right solution for you. Scott says that he is pretty sure that he has seen an adaptor but I believe it is for a Bogen Manfrotton and not a Sunway photo. The part is actually quite different. There have been 3 of us looking for a solution and none of us have been successful in locating the correct adaptor. Please return the clamp for a full refund. I will copy and paste this response via email.

Exactly What I Expected
I have high expectations and this ball head exceeded them. Extremely well made with high end materials and tactile controls make adjustments quick and precise. Easily supports my heavier lens setups. Highly recommended!

Love the Panorama head
Love the Panorama head. No slippage even with the 70-200. Only thing i don’t like is the leveling bubble is kinda hard to see. Having to pay an additional 160 dollars for a leveling base with the bubble on the side hurts. Other than that it’s an awesome product.

Thanks so much for the 5 star review! A leveling base will make things much easier than adjusting legs. You can always add one later and if you do not mind a scratch or two, give us a call or email and ask if we have any cosmetic seconds for sale.

Thank you, we value your feedback. I am the only woman who answers the phone and I do not remember being disconnected with anyone. I apologize if there was a mishap but we would never hang up on a customer. The only problem we had recently was with a power outage and I was on a call at the time but I believe that I spoke with the customer shortly after. I am sorry if it was not you.
Had a question on L-plates for the Z6…
Had a question on L-plates for the Z6 and interference with the new Nikon r11b . Had a long and detailed conversation with customer support and got great advice on why this is happening and they don't have an L-plate solution so ended up getting the standard plate. Great Support!

Hi, I remember speaking with you and am sorry that we do not have a dedicated L plate for you. I hope that the standard plate is working out for you. The Z cameras also need the FTZ adaptor plate and a lens plate (if shooting a lens with a tripod foot) This is because when shooting with the FTZ both the L bracket and camera plate are not able to be used. This was done to prevent a user from mounting big F lenses on the body which would put too much stress on the mount. The lens plate is preferred when shooting on any lens regardless of the type of mount.

Wow, love your review. Our Panorama Head is also extremely versatile as it can be used as a Long Lens Head and with the indexable clamp, it allows you to put a camera body directly on the head too. The Best Heads on the Market
The Acratech products I've purchased (GXP, Leveler, Swift) are truly excellent; by far the best I've seen. They're easy to use, secure, and accurate. Thank you, Acratech; you're doing great!
The only things I would change would not be to the products, but to the website: Downloadable PDF instructions for all the products and a link to logout after making a purchase.

Had a question about clamp for recently released camera. Owner answered when called. Said he'd have individual who knew get back to me the following day when he came in. Instead owner got back to me within an hour. Fantastic service & great products.
