Jeawal has taken good care of my questions with regard to the return of two pcs which did not fit. I have also received my money back in due time.

If I were able to give 100*, I would. The Acegolf Co has been more than helpful to me with my order. My order was lost during shipping but eventually found. Penny at Acegolf was most efficient in responding promptly to my emails. When my skirt finally arrived, I was more than pleased. The quality of the workmanship is first class. The fabric used is smooth almost a silky, very pleasing to the touch. The stitching is finished and the lines are clean.There are NO hanging or loose threads. The seams and hems are finished sturdily and cleanly. I shall be purchasing more items from Acegolf. Not only do I recommend ACEGOLF products but also their customer service.

The skirt and top looked amazing on the photo but I was disappointed when it arrived with the material but more importantly the size. Their recommendation is that sizing can differ with a few cm so I opted for a size M (usually I am a 10 not an 8-10 which is what they advertised)
The items were way too big so the options I had were
1. Keep the items and get 50% refund
2. Return items but get the smaller size shipped free
3. Full refund
Sounds good but they had me over a barrel as the cheapest return I could get with Royal Mail and other sites was £23, in fact RM quoted me £26.30.
Be aware that in my case the sizing ran too big and the returns are VERY EXPENSIVE !!!

A year ago I ordered a dress from your website and loved it. Then, a couple of weeks ago I ordered another one. I received the wrong size. I contacted customer service and got a reply right away. After a few emails - I have a new dress on the way! Thanks for your help!

Ace Golf bends over backward to make their customers happy. I've never dealt with this support from other companies. I purchased a Christmas sweatshirt from another company that offered refunds or exchanges. I got nothing from this company other than a headache. All I wanted was to exchange my purchase, but that never happened. I appreciate the integrity of Ace Golf.

Not only did company respond quickly but I was offered refund very quickly. I also loved the fact they had more than just refund option. Excellent company to deal with thank you. I love my leopard print sweatshirt.

I ordered two shirts from Acegolf. I was looking around for UPF long sleeve shirts to avoid too much sun on the course. Other shirts I saw were much more expensive and kinda bland. These shirts looked fun and very colorful. I was a little leery to order but read about their commitment to customer service, so I took a chance. One of the shirts was not the color that it appeared to be in the picture and it looked like they sent me a different color. I sent an email asking for an exchange, which was answered almost immediately. Jazel went above and beyond, letting me know that she could not guarantee the color would be what I expected even if exchanged. She gave me several options, including returning for a full refund, getting 50% off the product or exchanging for a different product. I decided to exchange for another shirt, which she took care of immediately and then told me that there was no need to return the original shirt, which was still very nice even if not the exact color I wanted. The fit and quality of the shirts is really good and their prices are super reasonable. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend the company and the clothing to other women golfers.

Ich verstehe nicht wie diese Firma so hoch bewertet wurde! Rücksendungen müssen nach Singapur auf eigene Kosten geschickt werden. Ich habe leider nicht die Rücksendebedingungen vorher durchgelesen weil der Laden seriös rüber kam. Blöder Anfänger Fehler meinerseits.
