I'd been with another provider for over 17 years and always thought changing would be too much hassle but after a poor experience I asked around and a neighbouring business recommended Acecard. Shaf has been brilliant to deal with and has made the switch extremely easy. We now have a more modern terminal, better rates and if we need support its there at anytime. Would highly recommend.

We have used Shaf now for a year or two, we have had multiple phone calls asking us to change providers. Every time the answer is no! They ask why and we say the customer service provided by our current guy (Shaf) really is second to none in this sector. If you have any problems he helps immediately literally just a phone call away. Very friendly, very approachable, knows his stuff. Recommended highly.
