Brilliant service, love our new smart terminal and we're also making cost savings at the same time. Our previous provider were difficult to reach when there was an issue and were overcharging us. Shaf is always at the end of the phone and genuinely cares about supporting our business. Would highly recommend Shaf & Acecard to anyone.

We got this card machine for T&T Barbers and it fits in great with how we work, love how it’s backed up with 4G if the wifi was to ever drop. Customers love the upgrade, super easy to use very self explanatory, very modern piece of tech.

We we previously with Clover/first data, payments were taking 3+ working days to clear, PCI was a nightmare and the costs were ridiculous. Acecard have solved all of these problems and made everything really easy for us, we now receive payments next day, we're saving a significant amount of money on processing fees and the PCI has been done for us! We as a company cannot recommend Shaf and his company enough. Initially, as perhaps most businesses we were reluctant to change providers as we anticipated a disruption to business and cash flow. This could not be further from the truth. From beginning to end the process was simple, with Shaf completing all of the transfer. Also we were currently in a contract and presumed we couldnt move. Again Shaf sorted all this out! And even after paying a fee to leave my contract, my savings with ACECARD far outweigh this figure.

Shafiq called on me a couple of months ago and offered to see if he could beat my current credit card rates. He offered me rates I couldn't refuse and said Acecards would buy me out of the last few months of my existing contract.
He is very easy to deal with and is happy to answer any questions I have. He has even telephoned me from his holiday, definitely above and beyond the call of duty!
Acecard payments even handle the PCI compliance for me, which is a bonus. The setting up of the new account didn't take long and after a few days I had a new terminal and it was all set up and ready to use.
