Ordered 4x4 for son that had to come from the warehouse, then changed order the following day. Was no problem, picked up the RC the following day, wanted a bigger battery which was provided along with helpful advice about a faster charger.Shall be returning for further upgrades and more vehicles, definitely worth a visit.

Great all round experience.
The team at Access Models were super helpful in directing me to the model I was after, the order was dispatched same day and arrived a couple days later. The model arrived promptly and in excellent condition, topped with excellent customer service - would highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
For a small(ish) shop they have a great range of kits, parts and accessories. The staff are always helpful and if they haven't got the item you want they will do what they can to get it for you.
Parking can be a problem as the road is very busy. There is parking right outside the shop if there is space available.
I much prefer to use the smaller hobby shops rather than the 'big boys' as the service is much more personal.
I would recommend this shop without reservation.
