Can not recommend for weight loss medication, I applied for an assessment 19/09 and received 2 positive messages from a clinician telling me I was fine to continue existing medication and going further to wish me every success in a message 20/09. Only to receive a very blunt email 21/09 saying my assessment had been declined. I’m not questioning the rejection I’m appalled at their contradictory messages and total unprofessionalism. Utterly unacceptable to send affirmative messages one day then a complete 360 the very next day. So sadly must suggest you go elsewhere for weight loss medication.

What I can say is that the messages you received before your assessment was complete should have made it clear that no final decision had yet been made. They didn’t, and receiving helpful and encouraging information one day followed by a decline the next understandably caused confusion and frustration. That’s on us, and I’m sorry.

I couldn’t get a doctors appointment…
I couldn’t get a doctors appointment for 2 weeks and I had a bad flare up of psoriasis on my scalp and needed the betacap application ASAP so I ordered it Friday night, it got approved Monday and I received it Tuesday I’m absolutely over the moon with the service - it cost me £7 more than my prescription price but well worth it. Very pleased indeed with the service and couldn’t recommend more, thank you very much

I ordered Mounjaro to help me lose weight and also I found guys to be very resposive at access doctors. But I was not completely happy I had to fill the form twice because it denied my card. I was slightly skeptical at first thought that my delivery it will too be long. But thankfully it came on time.
