Love my portable lamp. I have it in my motorhome, being battery powered it’s giving me another cosy way to light my home.
Delivery was as promised , well packed and on time

Bringing joy and light!!

Lovely products but postage was very expensive. £15 for 2 small parcels.

I ordered two items. The first, a vase, arrived smashed to pieces. To be fair, the company responded quickly to my email and processed a refund immediately. It was still disappointing though as I’d been really looking forward to having it in my home. I decided not to risk reordering as the packaging felt far too flimsy for something so fragile.

The painting I ordered also wasn’t at all what I expected. It looked quite cheap for something that cost £44, even at the sale price. I wanted to return it, but after reading the returns policy, it would have cost me almost half the item price just to send it back. In hindsight, I should have checked the returns policy before ordering, that part is on me.

Unfortunately, based on the overall experience, I wouldn’t order from them again

Great quality, real looking

I was told DpD was delivering my order. Then it changed to The Royal Mail who said they were delivering it today between 11.00am and 2.00pm. I rearranged my day so I would be in to receive the parcel. Then looking up the tracking it said it had gone to Coventry! I tried contacting your business but cannot phone and the emails I received were inadequate. It is frustrating not being able to speak in person when things go wrong. It appears my parcel travelled initially to Aldershot, then to Coventry , then down to Poole before being delivered to me in North Dorset! Not very Eco friendly . However having just received them I am actually very pleased with the product.

Plain and simply easy to use website which is great to use almost too easy! I hate the big light in the room and needed a soft warm light for my bedroom. The light is perfect and gives a calming feeling perfect.quality is lovely and well worth the purchase. Delivery was quick,overall very happy with my purchase.
