Very prompt reply to email enquiries from office manager Mark and friendly and professional order execution by Paul at the trade counter. A very hassel free experience.

This was the 1st time using Abgo to source hard to find part for an Aga stove. I initially spoke to Dan in Sales and went to the Branch to pick up the part where I was looked after by Paul who was very helpful in all matters
and will be defiantly using again.
Great to deal with people who know there products will be using again very soon.

Great customer service, Paul (or was it Andy )was very helpful and needed some stove rope seal was very cheap.

I had been quoted over twice the amount that ABGO were selling these motors for and so was a little sceptical. I need not have been concerned.
The Motor turned up within two days and was brand new and the same as HRM were selling.
Easy to install and fixed the oil boiler issue.
Absolutely delighted.

My issue was with the delivery of a part that I’d purchased. However, I felt compelled to write a 5star review for the staff who dealt with my issue. They were on the ball, contacting Royal Mail (who were the problem) and consistently responding to my concerns whilst trying to help resolve the delivery issue. I feel that good customer service is rare these days and you only hope that a company will engage to rectify any problems, this company did with fast responses dealing with circumstances beyond their control. If we have to deal with companies remotely, I would definitely recommend this supplier.

in the last cold spell my rayburn needed parts ,thanks to the staff at wednesfield branch Paul in particular !nothing was too much trouble .he spent time sourcing the parts in a cheerful manner. ..so thanks again

I needed a new, rear firebrick for my old multi-fuel stove. I'd been quoted over £100 from the company who the stove came from which I thought was steep for just a slab of vermiculite. I called Abgo after lots of Googling and they were so helpful. They checked in their warehouse that the firebrick I needed was the right size (with it being the old model), sent it through with next day delivery and even though DPD delivered it to the wrong address, ABGO couldn't have been more helpful. The rear fire brick + one screw with postage was under £40. Great value, packaging was excellent so that the firebrick wasn't damaged in transportation and I will be going back to them for all of my stove replacements as and when I need them. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Such a great team and really good customer service.

Really helpful. There was a little mis-understanding about which parts were required, but they replaced the item without a quibble. (Their fault more than mine, but they were nice about it.)

Shocking service, 4 weeks for a part before i cancelled the order. No response by email.

Very helpful on phone identifying the correct replacement part for my oil boiler. Sent a link by email for payment and part arrived by DPD the next day.
