I purchased residential proxies
I purchased residential proxies. Worked fine for a few days. All of a sudden they stopped working. I contacted support about it, haven't heard back in days. Upon further investigation, I learned I was given data centre proxies instead of residential.
I did not read others reviews until after my purchase. Bad business on abc proxies end as they have lost numerous repeat customers. If they fix their wrong doings, I will leave a 5 star review. Had to switch providers due to their bad support / bad products.

First of all, they promised to give static residential proxy but they gave data center proxy and when I applied for refund, they blocked my account. no customer support and no response but I will get back my money. have already dispute on paypal

Worst Service & Support – Avoid at All Costs
I have been using ABCProxy for the past eight months, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. In this period, I have faced issues with my proxy at least 50 times, and their support team has done absolutely nothing to provide a permanent fix.
Now, for the past three days, my proxy has completely stopped working, and instead of offering a real solution, their support team keeps giving vague and unhelpful responses. It feels like they are deliberately ignoring customer issues after taking payments.
If you're looking for a reliable proxy service, stay away from ABCProxy. Their service is highly unstable, unreliable, and unprofessional. I have had enough of their poor support and will not be renewing my subscription. Save yourself the frustration and go with a better provider!

IP Disconnects from port too quickly. Promised 24hrs.
ABCProxy was good when they started but nowadays, they disconnect too quickly from port you forward to. Example, you forward an ip to port 40001, 4-5 hours later, it will disconnect even if IP is still live and if you forward to same port again, it takes your credit. The advertised 24hrs use but it doesn't even get to 8hrs. I will change this review to 5 stars if I see a change.

Son unos estafadores. Venden proxies que necesitan su app para funcionar, pero su app de Windows es lamentable y no funciona en portatiles con pantalla pequeña, porque no se adapta al tamaño de la pantalla. Por si fuera poco, probé en otro ordenador y la mayoría de proxies no funcionan. He contactado para pedir el reembolso de las que no he usado y no responden a los correos. MUCHO CUIDADO! NO COMPREIS NADA AQUI!
Actualizo para indicar que no he obtenido respuesta a ninguno de los correos enviados a la direccion indicada en su respuesta a la opinion. Ademas, tampoco responden en el soporte de la web.

Slow and unreliable service!
I bought 2 proxies from this provider, both only worked after 24 hours. But I didn't wait until the problem was fixed and bought proxies from another provider which worked straight away. The support now does not want to refund my money even though I no longer need the proxies.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the subpar service I received from ABCproxy.com The proxies I purchased from them were blocklisted IPs, which rendered them useless for my needs.
What's more concerning is the complete lack of care for their customers. Every time I emailed them about the proxy issue, I received a canned response with a repeated screenshot claiming the proxy was normal. This happened multiple times, with no effort to resolve the problem.
But that's not all - I've also found that their proxies don't work when used in any server or app. I've tried using them in multiple configurations, but they consistently fail to connect. This is my personal experience, and I'm convinced that their proxies are simply not functional.
I've also noticed that the positive reviews on this site are suspiciously fake. It's clear that ABCproxy.com is trying to artificially inflate their reputation.
I strongly advise against purchasing proxies from www.abcproxy .com. They seem to be scammers who don't care about providing functional products or supporting their customers. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

I subscribed to abcproxy $2300 for unlimited proxies, but it gave me a very poor experience, it's almost impossible to connect, every time I get an IP, it cuts off after 15 seconds and the quality of the IP's is very poor, they all come from remote countries. I hope you will be careful to buy it!
