Worst Experience with ABCProxy Scam Alert
I purchased a residential proxy from ABCProxy and it didn’t even work properly. Almost every website and platform blocked it right away. Within just an hour of purchase, I contacted their support several times through WhatsApp, email, and live chat to request either a change or refund.
Instead of helping, they refused, saying “we can’t do anything”. They also clearly stated they don’t give refunds or proxy replacements. To make it worse, whenever I messaged support, they would close the chat, leave me on seen, and completely ignore follow-ups.
This is nothing but a scam – selling broken proxies and then refusing responsibility. Be careful, don’t waste your money here.

I purchased a static residential ip for one year and after some days my ip changed to another ip which DNS is another country as show as a vpn and i contacted support after days get responded and said the vender is offline that's why ip changed I told to replace it with a real ip that should show both ip and DNS same country but they redused to do so, I asked for refund if you are unable to get me a pure ip but they didnt replied back.

Absolutely disappointing ! avoid at all costs!!
I subscribed to abcProxy expecting a reliable service, but shortly after purchasing, the proxy manager stopped working completely. I’ve reached out multiple times via email to their support team and haven’t received a single response.
It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a service that doesn’t work and to be completely ignored when trying to get help. I honestly wish I had read the reviews here before trusting them with my money. This has been a total waste, and I would strongly caution others from making the same mistake.

Fraudulent Websites
For this proxy website, if you want to contact the customer service to discuss refund matters, then congratulations, you are not far from having your IP blocked and your account disabled. The email address provided by the customer service of this platform will not provide any service. It is just a decoration. If you encounter any problems during use, there will be no support. Don't waste your time on this platform. I have lost nearly 150 USD. I advise you to stay away from this platform. I usually don't comment casually, but this time I learned a lesson. I hope you won't be deceived.

I contacted ABC Proxy's support team multiple times through messages and emails, but they never responded. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. If you face any issues, you're completely on your own — don't expect any help from them.This was a very frustrating experience. I wasted both my time and money. Don't Waste Money and Times.. Not responding Support and High Risk IPs
From Long Time I did not got Support.. A lots of Problems I found- I mailed them lots of time no response. I found fraudulent behavior and malicious activity, High Risk IPs.. Extremely Disappointed – Lost My Traffic Without Usage!
I had 4.82 GB of unused traffic in my ABCProxy account just yesterday. Today, without using the service at all, I logged in and found my balance mysteriously dropped to 0 GB. No explanation, no warning, and definitely no usage on my end.
I contacted support hoping to get help, but the issue remains unresolved as of now. After seeing multiple similar reviews here, I’m starting to believe this is not a one-off glitch but a recurring issue with how ABCProxy manages user data and traffic.
If you’re considering using this service — think twice. Losing paid traffic without using it is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I trusted this service once, but definitely won’t again unless they fix their system and regain user trust.

The worst proxy provider ever
The worst proxy provider ever, support does not exist. Most of offered proxies in client list are dead, It take 5-10 proxies to find working one. Speed most of them is terrible, also routing is very limited.
I was using them for so long but I won't renew my subscription because the quality is that low that it is impossible to work with.
