Angela is always very good to deal with and very knowledgeable when it comes to holidays, she has never steered me wrong and I’m booking with abbey travel for years

Contact, Joanna, was cheerful. and extremely helpful. She copped on very quickly to what i was looking for and gave a number of options very quickly. Her email response gave me all the information I needed to make up my mind, Booking flights and holiday together saved me the trouble of trolling through the Aer Lingus app looking for flights and then trying to correlate flights with hotel availability. Booking a pick up ride to and from the airport was an extra bonus. Would definitely use Abbey travel again - saving time and money is always a good experience

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Booked a holiday and paid for it in full only for them to not confirm my flights. On contacting them I was informed that the flights had gone up in price by €97 and if I wanted to proceed with my holiday I would need to pay this extra. They have broken their contract and their offer of refunding the money which is only returned after a week isn’t good enough as I cannot book another holiday until it is back in my account. My advisor had a terrible attitude and said that they were my only two options. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told that the manager would only say the same. Terrible company, I will

Recently booked a trip to Monza for the F1 grand Prix The hotel was a very nice four star hotel in Central Milan 7-minute walk from the train station location was excellent and the seats provided with the package for the 3 days where excellent right at the pit exit I would recommend Abbey travel for your bookings and will use them myself in the future a big thank you to Paul for all your hard work behind the scenes for making this a special birthday gift for my son.

Shambles of a company!!!!. Myself my wife and son went on a holiday booked through this shambles of a company. Abbey travel recommended a hotel in Portugal it was there staff pick they call it. So we booked it . It said on abbey travel’s website this was a family friendly hotel, it said on our invoice in bold capital letters no stags and hens. Well it ended up a holiday from hell!! Just drunk teenagers, stags and hens, through chairs from balcony’s food floating in pool, lads broke into a girl’s apartment and urinated on her, they got thrown out. It was a disaster! We complained twice to management who said the travel agent should not have recommended this hotel because it’s just drunk teenagers and always hassle.


Abbey travel don’t have any reps at all so no assistance out there which is disgraceful.

We contacted abbey travel who were not interested from the start! They just want your money. The hotel manager told us the hotel is that bad she is losing a lot of staff.

Abbey travel passed the buck and basically gave us nothing back not even an apology. Shambles of company!!! They tried to blame hotel. We did not book with the hotel we booked with abbey.

we will never go near this company again they are disgraceful and there customer service is absolutely pathetic !!!.
