If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. My partner trusted Abbey Blue to assist him with his citizenship application and paid close to €800 for their services, only for his application to be rejected.

Throughout the process, he was repeatedly reassured that Abbey Blue had connections within the Department of Immigration and that there was nothing for him to worry about. Given these assurances, he had every reason to believe his application was in good hands.

However, after his application was rejected, Ploy told him that the owner, Neal, would be in contact with him. Despite making multiple phone calls and sending several emails, he has never received a single response or any follow-up from the company.

The complete lack of communication, accountability, and support after taking such a significant amount of money is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering using Abbey Blue’s services to think very carefully before proceeding. We feel let down by the promises made and the way this matter has been handled.

Trust me when i say I was hanging by a thread and these guys took my work permit case and sort everything out without me even raising a finger. 100% recommended.
