Let Down by Terrible Delivery and Customer Service
While the product itself is good, the courier service they use — namely DPD — has been absolutely dreadful. My dog has been left without food on two occasions because of delivery issues. The whole point of having a subscription service is convenience, but instead I’ve spent a huge amount of time chasing around AATU and DPD trying to sort problems out. Labels have been lost, deliveries mishandled, and the experience has been consistently frustrating.
Unfortunately, customer service hasn’t helped matters either. The attitude on live chat comes across as defensive and dismissive, as though the company is always right and the customer is always wrong. For example, when I tried to cancel my subscription, I was offered a discount to stay, only to later be told that the offer never existed and they wouldn’t honour it.
Overall, while the food quality may be good, the poor delivery reliability and disappointing customer service completely outweigh the positives for me. If you want a stress-free experience and to make sure your dog is reliably fed, I’d recommend looking at alternatives from local pet stores instead, many of which offer similar quality ingredients at a lower price. Personally, I would avoid this company altogether.

Shame no wet cat food
Shame no wet cat food. I sadly had to cancel my subscription to the wet cat food as it is discontinued. Been very disappointed but ordered a pack of dry food as it was on offer which was delivered quickly. My Tig will miss his wet food as he absolutely loves it.

We have been feeding our 13 year old…
We have been feeding our 13 year old cockerpoo Aatu since she was young. She is very fit and healthy and still acts like a puppy. I put it down to her Aatu dog food. She thoroughly enjoys the Salmon flavour. We receive her food on a regular basis and it is always on time. Wouldn’t use anything else. Thank you for helping keep our dog healthy.

I have the fussiest 2 year old jack…
I have the fussiest 2 year old jack Russell who regularly has tummy troubles,When I read about AAtu,s ethos regarding dog nutrition I was impressed enough to give it a go.My fussy Russell was impressed and cleared his plate not once but 3 times so far so good so will be placing another order.Up until now this dog has only eaten steak or chicken, I have tried so many other dog foods with no luck.Regarding his tummy the vet wants him on a fish diet so the next move will be to try the salmon and tuna, but will see how his tummy goes on the chicken, as he has previously cocked his leg on tuna.

High expectations but not liked
No issues with the ordering, delivery, or website ... all of which is impressive - but our dog was not interested, and this was after putting it down over several days. However, our dog does have health issues, making him a "fussy eater" anyway, but with the food being described as it is and the higher cost, I was hoping to be surprised. Also, because of the subscription discount, I'm having to take a second delivery, so we may try tempting him again -otherwise it will probably be donated. Sticking with home cooking for now.

Firstly your courier service left our 10kg dog food subscription downstairs in the communal area, we live on the second floor & we both have disabilities & in our 60's, this is the 3rd time & if it's not sorted we will cancel our subscription & change our dog food, you say it's out of your hands then change courier, simple!!!
