If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a massive scam. They use a 3rd party vendor "247" at Luton. All involved are utterly useless & rude. Firstly I booked at the beginning of the year for a holiday in July that was cancelled due to Covid, they refused to let us move our parking to Aug and finally offered a £30 voucher after much back and forth. They didn't give us any instructions on how to find the meet and greet, apparently "due to a fault on their system" which is somehow my fault because they specify on the website if you don't receive it you as the customer are responsible. We spent 30 stressful mins trying to figure it out the morning of our flight whilst trying to contact them. Then a random number called me (their vendor) to give instructions on the phone, who upon meeting had no information of my booking (I showed him my receipt) and when I told him my return flight landed at 00.30 told me they are closed at that time. Then when I called A2Z on holiday, they said they had the wrong date for my return flight so i had to pay more money to change it. Was told they would pass all the relevant info including the time we land to the vendor. Wasn't the best experience up to this point but had faith it was all sorted. Upon landing we went to the meet & greet location and no-one knew where my car was or had any reference of my booking or even knew who A2Z Parking are. On showing them the mobile number that had called me previously, they figured out who it was - it turns out the staff there were an entirely different company to A2Z and their 3rd party vendor. Was told to call the vendor after they spoke to him briefly on the phone. He told me the same thing as before - that they are closed, don't work after midnight. Once I told him I had paid A2Z for this service and they knew my flight time he claimed I had put in the wrong time for pick up as he was expecting me in the afternoon. He later told me on the same phone call that he just had my keys but no info on time just the date 23 Aug. I have the messages from A2Z giving them my flight number and arrival time and they said they would let the vendor know. Had to convince the vendor to go to their compound to get my car. He said it might be blocked by other vehicles but I continued to demand he bring me my car as that is the service i had paid for. Also why do A2Z take the booking if the vendor is closed after midnight, even though he is called 247 PARKING and I have since checked, it is even advertised as open 24/7 when you book on A2Z website. He kept asking if I had paid A2Z because "they always do this, they always take bookings and we never get paid". He also asked me to sign something he could use to ensure he could get paid from A2Z. I told him I had two receipts for both payments and also my customer support correspondence with A2Z. After waiting for well over an hour in the cold, the vendor came speeding like crazy in my car through the car park straight past us (we wrongly assumed he would see us waiting at the meet and greet stand with 4 suitcases). He dumped my car at the end of the car park level, left it unlocked and disappeared. We managed to find him round the corner just as he was getting into the lift. The fact he was going to leave my car unlocked at 1.30am speaks volumes about the carelessness of both of these companies. Utterly disgraceful. Called A2Z today. The guy on the phone was just rude & dismissive. I asked for a refund which they are refusing based on the fact I "received the service". Called my experience a "story" and my "opinion which I am entitled to" and proceeded to try to tell me why I am wrong and this is somehow all my fault. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. ITS SUCH A CON.

They are scammers and they don’t own any car par they are basically payment processor and all of them is Indian, they don’t know nothing about customer service. And scammed me and took all the money I can’t even do a chargeback with my bank because of the pandemic, so STAY AWAY.

I have contacted them for a parking booking that i need to cancel because my flight had been cancelled by my airline. So I talked to customer support and was advice to fill up a form. But they replied that i won't be able to receive a refund as i have purchase a non flex booking that does not allow me to cancel my booking. I just think that regardless of how contracts are worded, it would usually expect firms to issue a full refund where customers are unable to use a service due to lockdown. So now I will have to contact my bank and trading standards to report this firm.

Don’t book with these, they won’t give you a credit note or refund for flights cancelled. COVID has affected everyone and you would expect them to do the right thing and give people there money back !!!! People have long memories and lots of options in the future so I hope these recent reviews cost you moving forward.

What crap about non refundable ( in small print ) this has been unprecedented times for all do the right thing and give people a refund it wasn’t the customers who started the pandemic. You are service driven and thrive on good service for repeat business. DO THE RIGHT THING :)

Rubbish company so hard to deal with, filled in the on line form, date reg, times, paid my money, printed off the paperwork, only to find out my space is in a supermarket car park, 20 minute drive passed the airport, so the viris arrived and my flight was cancelled, but A2Z refused a refund, because after I printed off the paperwork a small clause said you got a non refundable policy, so the utterly refused me a refund,so how many more have fallin to this, could be hundreds, that's a lot of money... so I will be seeking a small claims court, to get my refund😡

I had to cancel my trip because of the COVID-19 pandemic. These crooks essentially told me it was my problem and I’m not having a refund or even credit..

Possibly the worst company I have ever ever used I called them just after I picked up my bags I waited over 50 min for the car to be delivered with two small children on delivery the car was scratched on both wheel arches and the bumper so the driver phoned the manager I said I’ll come to you he wouldn’t give me an address for me to come to so I said could you come here he said he was on his way I waited another hour so phoned him he said his driver showed him the pictures and he wasn’t coming when I said I want you to come here now his reply “I am not your slave” and point blank refused to admit it was the company’s fault who made the scratches so now Iv lot legal advice to get them to admit the damages to my car of a quote of £300 to sort this also he has blocked my phone number so I can’t get hold of him.

Very poor service throughout the pandemic. Would not allow us to hold the booking till we can actualy go on holiday. Will never use again!!!

I booked airport parking with this company and tried to approach them re a refund/voucher due to not being able to park because of the COVID 19 shut down period and legal stipulations not to drive. To say they have been less than helpful is an understatement. First the said that they would honour me an £15 voucher for my parking next time. But I said Im not happy with this due to this issue not being my fault. Their advice to this was that I am cancelling the space, which clearly I’m not, therefore I can park there. Their responses have been unproductive and unprofessional. They are not interested in helping at all and are advising people to drive illegally to their parking space that they cannot use to say that they are not cancelling the parking (I have the messages if anyone would like to see) they then backtracked on even giving me £15 back for next time parking and when you challenge them on anything, for example, they said no parking Providers were offering refunds or vouchers during this time so I sent them screen shots that this was not true they close down your conversation and treat it as ‘dealt with’ so you are not able to respond to them anymore. I’m now going to approach companies house, trading standards and the financial ombudsman as well as Heathrow airport re: this issue to try and ensure that no one else has to experience this because this is awful behaviour and I expect this is going to be a company claiming to the Government that they have lost out on money during this period when really they haven’t because they are keeping everyone’s money for a service that cannot legally be provided.

Oh and just to mention they’ve shut down being able to write a review on their own page so if they are so confident that they are taking the correct steps why would they do this?

my holiday got cancelled due to covid-19 but these people refuse to refund ,amend or offer vouchers. The place is not even open to park car if I wanted too!! Such an awful way to treat people in such difficult times they should be ashamed at making money out of people's misery when so many other company's are changing polices to help you . Will NEVER use again

Please be vary careful if you want to book parking with this site. I will advise you not too.

Do Not use this Company - Messaged them this morning about company stance on COVID 19 even offered to re book for next year basically two fingers up and cheeky offer made could offer £ 15.00 discount on your next booking .

I wont be taking this and raising section 75 application to make a point to this ruthless un-empathic company .

Absolutely disgusting, they refused to refund my parking which I will not be using because the coronavirus has caused my travel plans to be cancelled. My booking is in 4 weeks which is plenty of notice. Though they offer good pricing, you wont get a penny of that back if plans change (even when it is not your fault!)

Booking was good but when I got to the airport it was very unclear where to park

I tried to cancel but you wouldn’t cancel and my mother was not well and you still charge me so on that incident that happened to me I shall be recommending you to no one

I booked this very last minute and the email that came through was very detailed. When we arrived at the gate the barrier did not open so we pressed the buzzer as the instructions told us to do this and then we had no problem. Overal a good experience and very convienient.

Good access, great recognition of car number made access (and departure) easy.
