Excellent Service from the first call to the fitting at home. Called gave me a fab quote, half the price of other places, messaged me to inform me they were on their way, home fitting at my convenience, took an hour, aftercare advice, all done in under an hour. Lovely polite gent who fitted the replacement screen, hardly any noise, no mess, excellent service, would highly recommend
I got a stone chip in my windscreen just before Christmas. I wanted to get it fixed ASAP as I didn't want to take the chance it might crack, as I was working all over the Christmas period and needed the car. They fitted me in to fix it even though they were extremely busy at that time. Fixed quickly and easily and the lads were brilliant.
Found this company online after Autoglass cancelled an appointment as they couldn't source the supplies needed. Submitted an email for a quote to replace the cracked windscreen on my car and got a telephone response within 12 hours. Placed the order with Sam, no money needed up front and appointment made for 3 days later for my convenience, The young man that fitted the windscreen was really friendly and helpful and did a great job. I would have no hesitation in recommending A1 Carglass but hope I don't need to call on their services again for a very long time.
Excellent Service from start to finish would highly recommend A1 windscreens.
Bunch of cow boys. Avoid this company. Had a windscreen replaced and it now leeks. They are refusing to look at it. Also they lost and broke a number of plastic panels when replacing the screen. Avoid at all costs.
I didn't even manage to get a quote out of them without the guy abruptly hanging up the phone. I'd avoid if this is the level of rudeness they offer from the outset.
I called them for a windscreen replacement quote but the voice on the other end was quite & mumbley, and after a few times of politely asking the phone operative to repeat what he'd said, he just hung up. No call back from a different phone etc.
