Very nice soft leather

Everything is great!

The jacket I bought was superb, just a little too snug. I contacted them, posted it back and a replacement was received in the right size really quickly. Again it is excellent quality.
I'm very happy!

Good service. order arrived quickly . I had to return as too big and refunded within the week.

The right size item to replace existing worn out item

Found exactly what I wanted, website easy to navigate the website, straightforward purchase, good communication and timely delivery. Love the product

Excellent service a query was answered very quickly even over a weekend. The only reason it wasn't given 5 stars is that the case was a little smaller than expected.

Rubbish suitcase
Meant to have 5 year guaranteed - lasted 2 month
Company said due to overfilling - terrible customer service - avoid

the best quality in uk, no one has the same quality on product, delivery and customer service, It's amazing company.

Beautiful wallet made a great present. Really lovely quality.

Received a mouldy leather bag. Returned item and received a refund, but the company did not refund the postage cost, despite being a faulty item.

I ordered a sheepskin jacket one day,and it arrived the next day. Super quick delivery of a lovely jacket. Really good quality. Very happy with it.

Purchased the ladies B3 sheepskin jacket. Beautifully made - lovely soft leather. Small fit - I’m normally a size 8 (xs) but the size 10 fitted well. The only point that was not obvious during purchase was the need to pay almost 100 euro for import duty for shipment to The Netherlands. This should be clearer up front.

I have sent numerous emails regarding a faulty suitcase with no response.
After spending all afternoon trying to get through by phone ( constantly engaged) they then wanted another email.
Explained that I have already sent 3, but he insisted that they wouldn't look into complaint unless they had an email but wouldn't explain why they hadn't responded to the ones already sent.
Expensive mistake using this company, £72.00 down the drain :-(

Leather jacket is a Christmas present for my granddaughter. The leather feels soft and if good quality. Very pleased with purchase.

I am happy with the service and my purchase, the quality is excellent
