Not in tune with sellers at all
The funding process is misleading and the company is unconcerned with the timelines of the sellers.
Customer service is responsive however, but don't always understand the realities of a seller and their challenges with respect to inventory and shipping.

8fig was great and we received initial…
8fig was great and we received initial financing for inventory after about 4 weeks. The application itself was fast and easy. The only complaint I would have is their due diligence team is slow so you have to keep tabs on that.

8fig's team were great to work with on our funding plan. Their flexibility on scheduling and review on our e-commerce marketplace needs was unique to outside lenders. We would recommend any e-commerce seller consider them when their business is ready to leap from adolescence into adulthood.

We spent over a month going in circles
We spent over a month going in circles. 8Fig continually asking me to explain some pretty basic amazon funding scenarios (including pre-funding through a third party). I was told all along we were pre-approved and this was only a formality Turns out they declined us and wasted a month of our time. Went to another company and was funded in less than 24 hours.
